The Kinesis Freestyle2 split adjustable separated keyboard features a versatile, reconfigurable and modular proven design which reduces ergonomic risks when keyboarding. The Freestyle2 adapts to the specific needs of each user, minimizing awkward postures, while providing a stylish accent to any workstation. Featuring simple, sturdy adjustment mechanisms the Freestyle is intuitive to configure and use. It is perfect for individuals who require more separation and options than provided by other ergonomic keyboards. The sections can be separated a full 9 inches, allowing anyone to position the keyboard in what is a comfortable, neutral position for them. This low profile keyboard prevents the extension of the wrists while incorporating full travel low force membrane keyswitches which provide quiet keying action making the Freestyle2 one of the quietest keyboards on the market. This is the US English Legended model, this keyboard is also available in a 20" Separation model (KB800PB-US-20), a model with tri-color French Canadian legends (KB800PB-FC), and many other configurations.

We purchased one of these for an employee with limited movement in one of her arms. With the additional stand, it's incredibly adjustable and she was able to get in the perfect position for her - something she couldn't do with any other product she'd tried.

Excellent for Wrists
I had ulnar nerve damage from an accident which made my right wrist difficult to rotate and twist. The freestyle2 let me move my two hands into positions which made them both comfortable for extended periods of work. And since they freely move (not required to just pivot), I could adjust them independently as the work day moves on. This is a work-day saver. I absolutely recommend this to anyone suffering from wrist pain due to carpal or ulnar nerve issues.
The absolute only downside is that the wrist pads were a separate expense rather than included (however I can understand how this may be a plus for some people). I would highly suggest getting the attachment as it allows for near 45 degree tilting of the hand rests.
Overall, it is worth the expense. I bought one for my home office as well.
