It's a little low on high-frequency reproduction, but for conference calls, the audio sounds good. For the price, it's a fantastic deal. I do wish it came with a velcro or dual-sided mounting strip to be better suited for non-Lenovo monitors as well. In my case, I took velcro and mounted the soundbar under my desk - this way the audio is directed away from the microphone to avoid conf call echos. It was a great value purchase.

What I've come to find is that, in general, a soundbar like this one is just as good and doesn't take up space on your desk. That's a HUGE plus, especially at work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing sound bar for the price I was surprised that it sounds as good as it does. It's not fantastic, but for under $20 it's really good. Plenty loud enough for zoom and to listen to videos. I like the way it snapped on to my 28" 4K monitor and doesn't take up any extra desk space. It took me a little while to figure out how to connect although now that its done, it was very straight forward. The sound cable from (or in my case, my dock) the computer needs to be connected to the sound bar and USB power cable from the sound bar goes to the computer or docking station. Once those two things were done, I had sound. Very happy with the purchase.

I'm so glad this was available to purchase, I was able to use the points I got from my laptop purchase to get it since the speakers on my new laptop are absolutely horrible. This is a little bulky to use, but I know it's probably supposed to be used with a desktop instead.

I believe there are two separate speakers: one for left channel and one for right channel. If you don't have a Lenovo monitor, you may remove the mounting kits, which will make the speaker look aesthetically attractive under your monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall OK, but may have issues I got this because my Thinkpad 460S's internal speakers now sound horribly distorted. A better solution would probably be a Bluetooth speaker, but they tend to be fairly expensive, and my Thinkpad also has a problem with at least some Bluetooth devices. Obviously, any external device can't really replace the convenience of internal speakers. Having said that, this soundbar is "OK" in terms of sound quality (somewhat better than Thinkpad's internal speakers. The Thinkpad doesn't always automatically route the sound to the soundbar when the soundbar is connected, but again it is unclear whether this is a problem with the soundbar or the Thinkpad, since the Thinkpad doesn't always recognize other USB devices.

Adjusting levels with a sound mixer application helps ever so slightly, but overall this is a really disappointing product and I can't believe it has so many positive reviews. I guess it's better than nothing, but you're really better off buying a cheap set of computer speakers from a third party.

I purchased it with a Lenovo monitor, and it honestly just clips and slides onto the monitor from the bottom. Installation is a breeze, and it does not take up a lot of space underneath your monitor. Whether I'm listening to classical music while I'm working, or enjoying a streamed video online after work, I'm very pleased with the sound quality.

However, the sound reminds me of those old 2000's speakers, very boxy and flat. It's very bad for VC, it's hard to understand what's being said. The only good thing about this speaker is that it fits nicely on the monitor, and looks great, but otherwise I regret this purchase. Finally the delivery of the product was extremely messy, delayed 2 times and really hard to track.

It will snap onto a compatible monitor, look like it’s built in, and save space on your desk. The sound quality is OK for video conferencing but otherwise disappointing. You’ll likely get better sound out of your laptop speakers. There is virtually no base.

It reminds me of my grandmother's 1970s handheld AM transistor radio that she would carry to her garden to listen to the news. Very little music or high fidelity sounds came out of it, and she didn't care if that little radio was bashed in by a shovel. I feel the same way about this product.

I purchased it for my son's computer, knowing he didn't need it for much beyond schoolwork, gaming and youtube. For the price and size I'm blown away with the quality and volume. I have a funky monitor so it doesn't attach to it, but sitting on his desk works just fine. Good bass too!

Was a bit surprised to find out my monitor didn't have speakers, so asked to make sure I got one that worked with my monitor. And although it works great, I took away 1 star because it doesn't actually mount on my monitor - had to get creative to get it to stay in place because the back of my monitor doesn't have the necessary the mounting features needed to mount this one.
