Scope of work Includes installation of Logitech Tap Base bundle to be integrated with the customers existing wall mounted display. Install includes mounting Intel NUC behind wall at the existing display, connection of the Logitech Tap touch screen controller and integration with compatible owner provided USB microphone, speaker, and camera. Also provided with installation services will be the complete connectivity and configuration assistance to register system to the customers conferencing services. Included with installation services is access to our 24/7 Help Desk.
Scope assumes that there is existing power, data and low voltage pathway from table to wall mounted display to conceal Tap controller cable, and that owner provided USB peripherals are supported by Logitech Tap system. If the pathway is found to be insufficient, the provider can surface install the cabling or the owner will be responsible for modifying the pathway and the costs of a return trip to complete the installation. Services provider is responsible for only the physical installation of owner provided USB peripherals. Services provider will not be responsible for compatibility or call quality associated with the owner provided USB peripherals. A pre-deployment call will be required before provider will go onsite to do the phyiscal install. On this pre-deployment call, the provider will ensure that the customer's site is suited for the solution. Provider will coordinate the installation date with the customer.
