The Onsite Support Account Manager (SAM) is your dedicated Technical Support resource co-located at your location. The SAM is your personal security advocate who is thoroughly familiar with your McAfee deployment and support history. Your SAM becomes a vital part of your security team by providing planning assistance, operational advice, and direct intercession with other teams on your behalf.
The SAM is the primary point of contact for all technical support escalation issues including case escalation, case management, and problem resolution. The SAM is proactively recommends products and services that can resolve your technical issues and enhance your computing capabilities and security.
