Each unit in the series responds to the growing on-line business and communications needs by providing up to five pairs of optional RJ-45 jacks for built-in protection of data and modem lines - a feature not found in any competitive product - and a slot for an optional SNMP card plus an optional USB port card slot. The Pro Rackmount is also compatible with MINUTEMAN's Sentry power management software, adding even more functionality. Each device offers a cost-effective, feature-rich solution for complete power protection in any rack environment, plus a unique design and small cabinet that is unlike any other rackmount UPS to protect your valuable equipment and data from spikes, surges, brownouts, and blackouts.

The line-interactive QuickBoost and QuickTrim capabilities extend the voltage range of input power the UPS can use without going into battery mode. Much like changing gears in a car to deal with increasing or decreasing power, the boost function raises output voltage levels when input AC gets too low, while bucking, or reducing, the levels when it gets too high. This voltage regulation preserves battery power for blackout conditions and extends the life of the battery.The Pro Rackmount also has the ability to automatically sense the frequency of the incoming power and adjust itself accordingly, two levels of self-testing and advanced battery management.
