OpenText Fax Appliance is designed to simplify deployment and use and provide a cost effective alternative to traditional fax boards and remote fax servers.

The OpenText Advanced Replacement support offering provides customers with added assurance by expediting the replacement of a failed Fax Appliance system in the event of a system failure. Customers who have purchased this support offering will have a replacement unit sent to them via overnight courier, normally arriving the next business day. Customers will then have 30 days to return the failed unit to OpenText.
