Can't get it to work
I have been tasked with getting this display ready for an upcoming event. The information in the UserManual is NOT helpful at this point. I was told by a colleague I needed to download software onto the laptop that was purchased, but the website did not allow me to create an account. When I contacted support I was sent to someone's Google drive to get software because the other site had "outdated software that does not work". Got software installed and it does not seem to work.
POOR Documentation and even POORER support...
BTW, I teach desktop and server configuration so I am familiar with technology.

Cannot start Android
The manual says that to reach the Android Admin mode, you have to press Home + 1888 (why so complicated?) on the remote. This does nothing except open the settings screen for the TV. Either the manual is incorrect, or the TV doesn't work.
Completely unusable as a Smart TV.
The HDMI ports are awkwardly placed and will not fit a Chromecast.
There's a built in browser for displaying webpages, but some pages do not render correctly and there is no way to debug it.

Great commercial panel
This panel is advertised as a commercial multi-touch panel to be used in commercial settings and works great doing this. Has great power saving options, is a robust panel, and has great picture quality and touch response.
Would not recommend for home use, when it says powered by Android, this does not mean its compatible with Android systems as such, rather that the firmware of the panel is running on Android, which I must say all the menu options and inputs are solid.
Thank you for delivering a great panel.
