I have the freedom to use the USB connection for VOIP with Webex and other services, or connect to my cell via Bluetooth (it's not simple getting it to work Bluetooth with the PC, but it does work.) It's comfortable, and very adjustable, folks hear me very clearly. I occasionally take long calls, and jump in the car while they are still running. Super - and highly recommended.

Battery is great for those who need a good comfortable headset when they travel. I've used with iPhone, and Galaxy phones. Bluetooth reception is fine and after bending out the headband I love this headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 bytimm from shelf lifemy company had ordered ~ 100 plus of the blackwire c710 headsets but after on shelf for over 1 yr (unopened) having problems with devices being recognized via USB port on macbook prohave a working headset but the un-opened(shelved) headsets are NOT being recognized

The wireless features are great when I want to have a relaxing time watching a video on my tablet. Highly recommended

I no longer have to take my headset off when answering my cell phone. Love the fact I can even play music through the headset as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 bytombo from C720I enjoy this head set. Easy to use, I pull the one ear piece to the side for taking calls and back ground info. Then pull it back to listen to music (training material). Only wish the ear piece breath better. It does get a bit warm.
