Plug and play for real. The range of 350 is definitely selling themselves short. I'm sure that is through walls and stuff. I have one in my office and I can be downstairs, on the otherside of the building in the server room and it may just start to drop. Otherwise our parts sales people have them and they can traipse all over the warehouse with nary a hitch. fantastic product. They are a little rich, but if you need the best wireless headset; this is it.
