Rated 5 out of 5 byqcat12 from Great while it works with horrible supportI purchased this a little over a month ago. I was very happy with it until it started randomly disconnecting from my devices. I tried connecting to my Cell phone, backup phone, laptop, desktop. All with random disconnects. I contacted support and jumped through all the hoops. Then they started the return policy. Great... or so I thought until they finally got back to me. They sold me an item that is defective then you're expected to pay for shipping with no guarantee that you're going to receive a replacement or no even estimate for how long you will be without your headset.

Many costing more than this Plantronics Focus, so when I got this from my IT team, I was skeptical. But wow! This is far and away the most feature rich, immersive headphones I've ever used. The active noise canceling is impressive in work environment, and the ability to pair with both PC/Mac AND your smartphone at the same time. If I had to design optimal headphones -- this would be it.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDarius from Great headphones with little "but"I'm using it for almost 4 months since early September 2015, right when local distributors had it available for pre-sale testers. In the most cases it works really great. If you're looking for headphones to speak on the calls and listen music in high quality - it is for you. On the calls, I can hear all conversations clearly but sometimes my voice was not clear enough when using InterCall software for conference calls. For regular calls, Skype, etc. it was working perfectly. I'm listening high quality music files (i.e. 150-250MB per song flac files) and sounds is really great, you can't expect anything better from on-ear headphones. But ... only if Active Noise Cancellation is turned on. If it is off, sound is quite poor, bass is missed almost completely. So, if you'd spend some time to play with preferences, you'll get great headphones. Or if manufacturer will fix the bass w/o ANF quality bug : ) Another part - Bluetooth adapter. Two sides again. It is pre-paired and that is great. It simplifies connection and always works properly. But it could be Class 1 to increase the distance! Also, battery is great but connection cable also could be included (as it is with BackBeat Pro that I own and like very much also : ) ). Overall - I was looking for such kind of headphones (for calls and music both) for quite long and I can say- this is the best choice in the market so far!

I used to use the over-ear Voyager and loved it, but unfortunately, so did my dogs and replacing that headset 3X a month got pretty spendy. So I started looking for over-ear headsets. I've tried at least 3 other expensive headsets with frusterating results. This headset moves seemlessly between the two - even on my Mac. The noise canceling is a life-saver, with two dogs and a house under construction next door, I've put this to the test at been thrilled with the results. This headset is worth it's weight in gold. I'm a Plantronics fan for life.

It is working fine with Windows mobile. Am I missing anything?"JThomas, you seem to have purchased the version for microsoft, not sure why plantronics split it up between standard and microsoft, but my guess is the B825-M version will only work on Microsoft/Windows devices.
