The Quick Disconnect Lock is designed to fit onto all of Plantronics H and P series headsets with any of the Quick Disconnect designs (including the new "Hot Quick Disconnect" DuoPro, A10 adapter cables, HIC & HIP cables). The new lock uses the slots in the Quick Disconnect halves to locate & form a strong, tamper-proof lock.

If you are looking for and option to keep the headset from being stolen this is not the best option. If you are trying to just keep the headset and the cord connected they work very well. I talked to a guy at Call One Online and he told me the same thing.
