Turn a horizontal or vertical surface into a collaboration space with the Post-it Dry Erase Surface. Use this surface for easily transforming plain walls and cupboards in offices and classrooms into a dry-erase board. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cut to suit! I got a free sample of the 3' x 2' Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface without really knowing what I would do with it. I am not in a classroom at this point but do have an office with wallpaper. Since I could not stick the surface directly onto the wall, I have applies a cut section to the cardboard backing of a picture frame, after taking out the glass. Now I have a framed note board to replace the notes I stuck to the bottom of my computer monitor. My fan keeps blowing those off, so this looks like a great solution.

The cheaper boards have a limited life before they get covered in a murky film that will not erase. This overlay is a great was to renew an old board or just turn a portion of a wall into a "white board". This works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interesting idea I received the product free from 3M. As a teacher, I thought this would be a great addition to the classroom. The cleaning cloth is superb! The sticky back made it a bit difficult to pull off the backing. It would be great if the backing had grid lines to aid in cutting. Considering I can't draw a straight line with a ruler, the idea of having to hang this up unnerves me.

Then the dry erase surface was removed and put on the wall surface. It stayed in place and was used for individual outtakes. A must buy for any training department or teacher!

I actually didn't put it on the wall or a table, instead I cut some and adhered it to a board for the kids to write on. I liked how it erased without leaving any stains from previous writings/drawings.

My husband was studying for a major exam and was able to use this product again and again. Typically he uses several sheets of large paper (hangs them on the walls for visibility so he can study mathematical formulas, etc but with this product he was able to erase and reuse saving untold amounts of paper. Trimming was made simple with the enclosed guides and the sheet hung and removed easily on our walls. The dry erase marker cleaned up nicely so there is no residue from what was written before. I definitely recommend this product!

It is nice that one can cut to size what is necessary. I would recommend this to anyone who need a quick sign - the post it/stick to the wall without damaging the wall is excellent.

It is perfect for jotting down notes and brainstorming ideas for my next craft project. I could see this being used in a classroom or kitchen or home office as well since it's sticking ability is fantastic and it is so easy to clean-up. I use it on a smooth wall. I just don't think it would work well on a textured wall...all the bumps would show through.

This product was used in a training session so that information could be shared by all who attended. It worked well, and I was pleased to discover how easily the surface was erased with the enclosed eraser cloth. I did not remove the entire backing as I need for the product to be portable as well as reusable.

It worked well when I applied it to my wall, but would be a great product to overlay on a worn dry erase board to renew the surface. It was easy to apply on a smooth surface with little problem with air bubbles. The surface was very slick and was easy to write on and even easier to erase.I highly recommend this product.

It has been great at keeping up with meetings and my family's hectic schedules! I loved that it came with a caddy to hold markers and erasers as well. In construction, you're always needing a space to make notes or change items on the plans. You can make the area as big, or small, as you'd like, allowing for everyone to write their thoughts and ideas on it.

I cut my piece in half, using part of it at home, mounted to a cabinet door, to use for daily reminder lists (of which I make many). The other half goes with me to school, where i tutor high school kids. We use white board easels that have seen better days--so I mount this on the easel for a cleaner presentation. Works great: stays on on the board, erases well. Would definitely recommend!

The stuff I put up was inadequate and over time, it wore through quickly with daily use. This is wonderful. Right now I am trying it out on my desktop so I don't have to constantly look for sticky notes. This was given to me by 3M. I recommend this product to anyone for their classroom or for their desktop.

I have a long table in the back of my room and applied the super sticky dry erase surface roll to it. We used it to map out the land that was acquired from the Louisiana purchase. The kids loved it and it was super easy to clean afterwards. We posted to a wall in the sales office and use it for scheduling and installations. We now have a quick way for everyone to see the shop schedule and know when not to promise a customer an install date. It couldn't be easier! It was easy to stick to the wall and cleans a lot easier than the dry erase boards we had in the past. The only problem we had so far was reminding one sales person Not to use permanent markers and use the dry erase markers in a container next to the board. The size is perfect and we are considering getting a larger one for the shop use and another for our inventory use. We are thrilled with how this works for us.

It is very handy. I plan to use the rest to label photos on my photo walls. By using this if I change the photo I can just erase and rename.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient and works great 3M sent me this product free for review consideration. I’ve been using this dry erase surface for a little over a week, and I’ve been loving it. Dry erase boards are convenient for so many things. Everyday lists, notes to people in the household or office, and of course work or school projects. This applied easily to the wall, and even after using it several times a day, writing and erasing, it has stayed in place without peeling off at all. The board itself works perfectly. It’s smooth to write on and erases easier than the dry erase boards I’ve used before. I see no shadowing after I erase something, the surface is perfectly clean. Pricing is a little high for this, in comparison to other whiteboards. And, I do wish the package came with pens. While it’s easy enough to find them in any store, it’s nice to have them handy as soon as you open the product. Perhaps in the future 3M would consider including pens as part of the package. But I found no fault with the product itself and I recommend it.

I have decided to cover an old bulletin board so that I can move it from one room to another as needed. I love the table cover idea but my sewing table is already covered with a piece of laminate. The dry erase surface being customizable and super sticky are its best qualities.

Especially as a college student, its so nice to be able to just stick this to the wall and keep track of assignments or goals, and it wipes clean as well! I haven't yet tried to remove it from the wall, but I don't plan on moving it anytime soon so it is fine for now. I love it!

One suggestion - A friend who hangs wall paper suggested that I reroll it backward on itself before taking off the film. This kept it from trying to stay rolled. After I affixed it to the wall and slowly pulled the film while smoothing the surface preventing any bubbles. It worked very well on painted wall and comes in very handy to write daily things to do or get.

I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of Post-it Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface. I opened the package and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cleaning cloth that was machine washable. I cut a 1 ft. x 2 ft. section and applied to a wall in my kitchen for notes and recipes. It was easy to apply and remove. However, peeling the initial backing was a bit difficult. I tried different brands and types of dry erase markers and they all worked great. And, cleaning the dry erase surface couldn't be any easier. I will definitely use this in other rooms in my house.

I was used to the white heavy boards that we all had at school. It is super light and super easy to use. You peel it and paste it wherever you want to. All my family writes, erases and writes again and again. Super cool for everyone, adults and small children. It is a tool that you can use to have fun, leave messages, study, or work.
