University setting. Best dry erase markers available
For several years the custodial department of our university has researched the best dry erase marker for the classroom setting that pleases the faculty, the custodians, and hopefully the budget. That said, Quartet brand markers are the best.
1. They erase cleanly through out the day. Faculty can easily erase with out a "ghosting" shadow of the previous writing.
2. Color dry erase markers clean easily once each day on whiteboard painted walls. Other less expensive color dry erase markers had to be erased immediately after use. Otherwise nightly custodial cleaning could not remove the color residue "ghosting" even with whiteboard chemical cleaner.
3. Quartet dry erase markers make a full strike mark and have good ink density. Other markers we tried would not make a full ink mark. It looked like only half the tip was making contact with the board. Or the tip was 'dry' from lying horizontal on the tray, needing to be held vertical for a moment to saturate the tip with ink.

These are the best for classroom use. All are bright and erase nicely except for the pink which leaves residuale colour on the board.To date I have not used the orange or the lime green but my previous experience is that the lime green is hard to see from the back of a classroom (in my case, about 15 feet). The are especially useful when working with formulas and equations. The coefficients and subscripts can be in different colours.

Colors not bold enough
While these markers will do the job, they don't give the bold color that their packaging suggests. They also have a flat tip which makes a thicker ink line than I'd like. Overall, they are the best I've found on the market recently - and I've tried many - but they still have room for improvement.

I am a math teacher and I use these markers daily for every class I teach. I've tried many different brands of dry erase markers and these are by far my favorite brand. I love the variety of colors and that they write very well. It dispenses the ink evenly. I like that I can see how much ink is left over so I know when to buy new ones and they last a long time. I would highly recommend this product and have already recommended it to other teachers.

This product is very useful because of its features.
Scientists are constantly at a dry erase board. It is a vital part of our laboratory settings. There can be anywhere from 1-10 scientists (postdoctoral fellows, students and senior scientists) gathered around a board diagraming out a sequence, experiment design, or some other scientific concept. Having something as simple as dry erase markers such as Quartet makes, allows our scientists the ability to describe whatever is in their thoughts onto a board for others to see and understand. It seems to be such a simple product but it truly is an important piece of lab equipment!

Long Lasting, Works Good
I've used these markers at work and at church. They write well and are very bold. They also last a really long time. I like that you can see how much ink is left. They also work well to take off really old dry erase writing that's stuck on. All you have to do is write over it with one of these and then erase. The new and old markings will be gone.

I absolutely love these markers! My students use them during word study to practice new spelling patterns, prefixes, suffixes and so on. They are extremely durable and long lasting. With other markers, because my students push so hard when they write, the tip would go back into the marker but not these! They glide beautifully on the board and fit comfortably in your hand.

I was introduced to this brand of marker when I was subbing for a teacher. I loved how they wrote so clearly, gave no odor and was effortless when cleaning the white board. They work great on older boards that badly need to be replaced, and last quite a long time. My first pack lasted me a whole year with daily use.

Great for school whiteboards
These are the only markers that we use at our university. We provide black, blue, and red for each classroom on all of our campuses. The professors are all pleased with the ease of use and there is no remnant of the wording on the board after it is erased.

Nice dry-erase markers
These markers are great for writing and even drawing pictures on a dry-erase board. The chisel tip makes it nice for more detailed drawing than you could achieve with a standard dry-erase marker. The red color is good as expected.

I received this product for review. I got the 6-pack of different colors Quartet EnduraGlide Dry-Erase markers, not 12 red ones. They do glide on very smoothly and the ink is an even coverage. Wiping off is easy, as the ink does not cling to the surface. I even left some marker on the board for a couple days and it still came off easily. I enjoyed using these markers.

I love my new dry erase board. I like the small drawer so I can keep lip balm and other items handy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't get any sort of eraser with my board; even though it was in the documentation. Not a huge deal so I didn't contact customer service about it. I just use tissues instead. Separately, I purchased the fluorescent dry erase markers and I like having color choices.

I used the product on my desk just behind the keyboard. I used it as notepad for things that I needed to remember when i'm on my computer. It's a really neat little addition to your desk and no need to pieces of paper or post it notes as it all right in front of you on this product.

Writing is ghosted on background
Concept is great. However, on the Granite model I have, the "granite" is actually under the glass and not an actual piece of granite. When you write, a "ghost" image is displayed on the film under the glass, so you see the writing a second time. Not a very good design.

It was easy to use and very helpful for everyday notes. Purchased as a WFH substitute for the large glass board on the wall in my office, I've been using it almost a month. Well-made, quality product. It looks exactly like the photos, functions exactly as it should. It has padded feet so no slipping around on the desk. The included marker with the eraser lid is icing on the cake. If only it would complete the items on my task list for me.

This is my first Quartet Glass Dry-Erase Desktop Computer Pad, I love the fact that it fit in-front of my desktop without getting in the way! The glass gives your pad a clean and crisp look when note taking can be messy. Under the pad is a storage holder that is big enough to hold a few pens and paperclips/push pens.

I purchased this dry erase desktop pad to use to work from home because the post it were becoming very overbearing and taking over my workspace. This thing here is awesome and no more paper clutter. I placed this on my desk at work, with the hope of reducing sticky-note use. It sits well behind my keyboard. Because I purchased the black glass, it was a bit tricky finding colors that would show. The primary colors don't, and the accompanying white marker is difficult to get flowing. But My husband purchased some neon markers elsewhere, and those show fine. I've received lots of interest from others in my office, so it has a high "cool factor," even though it's a simple product. Well worth the purchase.

Perfect for organization
I live and die by my white board to keep me organized, but not all notes make it to the board. Post it's cluttered my desk before I found this desk board. I bought two because I have two wide screens and placing them end to end have me a wide surface to keep quick notes or lists. I have nearly stopped using my white board on the wall since setting this up. Colleagues soon me where I got it every time they visit my desk. I don't use the drawers, I don't really need them. I am very pleased with this product.

I really like it and it's very convenient to have right at my fingertips. It is getting lots of compliments as well.
The only issue is the marker and the way it sticks to the surface. Not so great and smears very easily.
That being said, I use it everyday and it stops me from using lots of little post-it notes!

It's BEAUTIFUL! I am so glad that I got the black surface. It looks great with my computer and desk accessories, and it is so handy. No sticky notes all over my computer. No scraps of paper all over my desk. It comes with a white dry-erase pant marker, but you can order the neon ones. They look great on black, and they help me color-code my ideas and to-do items.

I work from home and I'm always looking for ways to keep my desktop organized and tidy. I wasn't aware a product like this even existed but I absolutely love it. It's sleek and really gives my desk a modern look. The glass is high quality as well. I love the side compartment tray that slides out. I keep my dry erase markers in there and some odds and ends like paper clips, erasers, etc. I've been using sticky notes for a long time but I always end up losing them or they get ripped. I love being able to write down something I have to do or an idea that comes to mind quickly and easily with this desktop erase board. It cleans easily and I use it everyday. If you're a note jotter then you need this is in your life!

I'm very happy with my computer pad!
I use this at work instead of a collection of sticky notes. I have a sit/stand desk and I was hoping it would fit in the nook behind my keyboard. It can, but I can't turn it to write on it. It is made of very fine quality. I like that it had a pull out drawer, but I wish it could be pulled from either side. Not a deal breaker through. I love my desktop computer pad!

Love, Love, Love my Glass Dry-Erase Desktop Computer Pad!!!
I bought two of the glass desktop computer pads, one for my home office and the other at the family computer. These are perfect for jotting notes, creating a task or shopping list and reminders. I no longer have to dig for a pen and paper to take a quick note or lose the post it notes that i have stuck on top of my desk.
I love these so much, I purchased for family members who are also working from home and then additional as gifts and rewards for team members.

Good surface to write and erase with expo markers. Convenient scratch board for reminders and notes. Important to note though, that since it is a glass panel,
with low light or light at a certain angle, there is a shadow under the writing which makes it harder to read.

I love it! I keep it on my desk between my monitor and my keyboard. I jot notes on it all day long for things I nees to do. I can update quickly and color code notes in order of importance. I am using way less post it notes. I bought this one for my home office but when quarantine is over and we go back to the office, I will be buying a second one.

just what i needed
just the perfect thing my desk needed. fits perfectly in that no man's land between keyboard and monitor just as depicted in product pictures and it's a fast and accessible "scratch space" area to quickly jot things down and for important stuff, i can consolidate that into more organized notes later. really great great asset and i can't recommend it highly enough.

I purchased two of these products after seeing an ad on Instagram. I recently moved offices and was left without a convenient white board to jot notes and reminders. I gave the other to my sister for use at her work desk. We are now both constantly asked where we got this product because it's such a great find! It is the perfect size for in front of my keyboard, and I really like the built in drawer for storage. Cleans easily and cleanly since it is glass. Requires special chalk pens though to ise the black colored one.

I love it, one thing I don't is that I use a full size keyboard that has to be angled up and in the photo it is a small tablet sized keyboard.
I wish there were some extensions I could set it up on so it is the same height as my keyboard.

I actually use this for my keyboard to sit on when I'm not using it. I also use it to jot down notes when I'm on the phone or computer. It's very handy. The only thing I wish it had is LED lights behind the glass, making it backlit. It would be a nice low light desk lamp that way too. Oh, I also love how the tray can be on either side.

I love this product not only did I like this product but my son did too. What I like about the Quartet Glass Dry-Erase Desktop Computer Pad is that I can jot down a quick note while I am sitting at the computer if there no paper around and then the fact that its erase able is so awesome. I don't think I would change anything about it maybe different color pens you can add next time with the product.

I wasn't 100% sure if this was going to be helpful, after all I have an online calendar. However, there is something really helpful about having top priority things right in my line of sight. That being said, it's beautiful and goes with everything I have. I like the black because I think it just looks slick and the silver trim matches the things I have. The little drawer is super useful, I keep other things besides the dry erase board markers like paperclips etc.

The concept is great, but only oder the true WHITE board. The black glass board requires use of chalk markers and when you erase them chalk dust gets all over your desk.

I took down all my stickie notes and wrote everything on my board instead. My desk looks so much better!
I will say that the "marble" surface does not look like I thought it would. It almost looks like there's partially erased squiggles on it. I would have gotten the plain white instead. And the marker that comes with it erases Very easily, even when you don't mean to. I am using a different dry erase marker instead, it stays on better.

The Post-it notes have been sidelined because of this wonderful product. My step daughter got me the Glass Dry-Eraser Desktop Computer Pad for Christmas. At first I thought that it wasn't going to workout because I was leary of using glass in an engineering office, but 6 months in and I have sidelined the old post-it note pads in my office. I love how it's just above my keyboard within easy reach and unlike the post-it notes, the Glass eraser board is environmentally friendly. As a designer, I look for aesthetics, style, and design. And as an engineer, I look for quality, practicality, and function. The Quartet Glass Dry-Eraser for desktop use exceeds my expectations.

The best surprise gift for a computer worker of 2019.
We bought two of these devices after seeing them on the Techno Claus on CBS Sunday morning.

I love the functionality of this piece. A couple people who saw it asked me, What exactly is that for? And the way I explained it was, Think about writing down a note when you're working on something at your desk, but you don't want to type it...or pick up your phone...or look for the Post-Its...this is right there in front of you all the time, so you just scrawl something quickly, and done! I work with blueprints all the time and I am always writing down measurements or any other idea that I have to improve my projects. I have to be honest and say that I wasn't very good at keeping track of them. This Glass Pad is a game changer! I can write down everything on it and it stays there as long as I need; right between my screen and my keyboard. It is not messy at all, thanks to the included eraser that works perfectly. I don't see the usefulness of this product. It lays between your keyboard and screen and you write on it. That's it.

I bought my husband two of these for Christmas: one for his work desk and one for his home desk (which I was secretly hoping to use, but I've since bought my own). Now five of his coworkers have their own too! We use regular markers on it without issues. There is one drawer that can switch from side to side, unless your monitor is in the way ;)

Great desk addition
Great addition to my office set-up. This makes jotting notes down easy as I am on phone calls and is saving me from lots of sticky notes across my desk. I haven't used it yet, but the small drawer underneath seems convenient too. Note the drawer can be switched to open whichever side you prefer which is nice.

I was really surprised with these product. I was not aware that there could be such a thing like this. I work from home,and this dry erase computer board is awesome. I can doodle notes for work,or leave a message for my kids. Its light weight and very sturdy. I LOVE this dry-erase board!! I'm a die-hard Post-it user but my desk would get so cluttered with them and they would get stuck to other stuff. Now with my glass pad - I can keep my notes organized and contained. Everyone in the office wants one now. This is excellent to write down quick notes at my desk. Instead of using paper and throwing it out.
I write reminders (things to do) check off list's . Just a great tool to have in front of me. And once I am done I erase it off. It does not take up allot of room, just perfect for my setup.

I was using 5 or 6 Post it Notes a day before I got my glass dry erase. Now I may use 1 now and then to give someone a note. I purchased some color pens so I can change up my note taking if I want too. I really enjoy the ease of writing a quick note and then erase when I finish with that task. It helps me stay organized with what I need to do that day. I think everyone who has a desk big enough should look into one of these.

I love the black color and bright and bold the colors are on it.
It's a great size and fits perfectly under my laptop stand. I don't use the drawer as much as I wish, but it's a great place to store my colored dry erase markers over the weekend when I'm not using my desk.
I really like that Quartet includes a silver dry erase marker in the kit so that you can start writing your notes and reminders right away!
This is a great, environmentally friendly way to make notes for yourself and avoid usage of paper post notes or scratch paper.

I currently have a work station in my office with a laptop and two additional monitors. The area is already very cluttered and with my propensity for using post-it notes it was easy to lose track. With my new Quartet perched just below one of my monitors I am able to quickly jot down to-do items and just as quickly enjoy the thrill of erasing them once complete. Great product!

A life saver for homeschooling!
With my children being homeschooled now due to Covid-19, the Quartet Dry Erase Computer Pad has been a life saver! I have a child who needs extra math help, and this white board does it. She is very visual and needs more than just answering a question on an iPad. It has made math so much more easier for her. I ordered a second one for my son as well!

Environmental and Helpful, love this desktop pad
I just got this in the mail and started using it, it is great. I make notes all day long and use to throw away sticky after sticky. Now I make a note and it stays on my desk until I erase it. Also great for my co-workers who come by, and they just write a little note for me. This product is so helpful, I would definitely it it and give it out as a gift for all the people who work at a desk all day.

LOVE this! It sits right in front of my keyboard. I chose the black with white or fluorescent markers because it draws my attention. I love the little drawer underneath where I can keep the markers, but there is also a little marker holder on the top. It erases quickly even after the ink has been on the board for several days. I think I will purchase another one for my work office.

I love having it on my desk as it is quite useful for keeping track of unrelated thoughts in an organized manner. I wish I had known that the black glass version used wet dry erase markers as opposed to the standard ones. There is usually a lag to get the immediate dryness out of the tip before 'ink'flow becomes deep and rich. Not a deal breaker, but an 'oh well'. Otherwise, great product.

I love my glass dry erase board! I really like that I can write on it for a quick note and wipe it off when I'm done. It is more sturdy than any other board that I have had for my laptop I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Really Useful Addition to My Desk
I wasn't sure about giving up valuable desk space for yet another "stay organized" tool but I'm so glad I took a chance on this! I've been using it for several weeks now and I'm loving it more every day.
I banished the sticky notepad from my desk and I'm using the Quartet to jot quick notes and reminders throughout the day. In the evening, I organize any remaining to-do items or notes that need to be retained longer-term in my planner and erase the Quartet for a fresh start the next morning.

I love this board and can't wait to get some more of the dry erase paint markers in different colors for it. There's room for at least 3 on the little "shelf" at the top. The size is perfect. The pullout drawer is a little wobbly but can't exactly be completely secured if you want to be able to switch which side it sits on. I like that the drawer is out of the way and completely out of sight. The board itself wipes completely clean & no shadow of the writing is left behind. The black board is so classy. I absolutely love it.

It's a little bigger than I had hoped. It takes up a fair amount of desk space. I was hoping it would sit on my computer riser and tuck under my screen and be out of the way. Should come in sizes.
Other than size it is fantastic! Erases great! It has mostly taken the place of post it notes....funny....its also a good place to stick the post it notes I have to use.
I think it is a great product, but not for a super busy desk like mine.

Love the board for quick doodles and notes at keyboard. Use every day. The marker that came with it is excellent. Apparently quartet doesn't sell this quality of marker. Finding markers that will actually show up on the black surface is tough.

This is actually a great product and I find I use it more than I thought I would. I'm just trying to find the ideal place on my desk for it. It would be nice to have a place for an eraser handy, or a smaller eraser that would fit on the rack.
