it comes without the ball adapter, which means it is useless unless you order the ball adapter along with it.
I ordered this product and when it arrives the most vital piece, which is the ball adapter was not included. Nothing in the description tells you that you must spend extra $$ on the ball adapter, which is apparently sold separately.
