The boxes came to us very beat up as they were not put in an outer box
So far we have had no complaints. However the boxes came to us in very poor condition. So if our customer has an issue we may have to send them back. However at this time all seems to be good. I could not answer the ease of use as we are not the primary user. Same goes of reliability. If we have no complaints from them then we would defintely recommend them to others.
