I had to repurpose this but love it.
This is a great spinner backpack. I was under the impression that it was for carry-on. It is definitely too big to most overhead compartments and found that out the hard way. For my shorter driving trips, this will most certainly be my go to.

Awesome spinner
Awesome spinner. It's my second one and can't travel without it. A lot of space to carry on, lots of pockets, individual computers pocket and the straps make it easy when you need to run!

I love this backpack!
My life is easy! I don't have a car and this backpack is for me! I put to this backpack my laptop, seven books, cosmetics bag, pencil bag, many wires and i have a free hand, I'm not tired. I love this product from the first second!

The product is very good. 4 wheels good for easy moving. In the day to day a little bulcky. When I travel with pc, dslr camera, cloth for one day; very good.

I use this to carry my computer and electronics essentials to work, as well as travel. It securely holds the laptop. And the center area is big enough for another laptop, and a jacket to travel on a plane.

Easy manoeuvre, good for carry-on during business travel. I can even use it on a zoo trip with the family to store the picnic items.

Great Storage Compartments
I fly often and use this bag every trip. I am disabled so do not use as a backpack but spinner wheels are great, such ease. I use it for camera equip mostly and electronics, padding is excellent. This is my 2nd bag, 1st one zipper broke. Don't have any warranty info and needed a replacement bag quickly so reordered same bag. A little heavy but I am sure due to backpack frame etc. I need to look for a similar bag without the backpack capabilities since I don't use it as such. Overall am satisfied with bag for my uses.

Nice product but,....!
The back pack has room for storage and meets my needs. The main problem is that the wheels have a mind of their own. It rolls off to the one side or the other. I'm constantly pulling it back to roll in a straight line. Also, when the handle is fully extended, it doesn't stay extended but collapses, so I'm constantly pulling the handle up to the fully extended length. The problems are bad but it is an inconvenience.

The worse one I have ever had
For year I purchased this brand in the past but this is the first time I am very disappointed and I advise consumers to choose a different one because this one will be a bad choice!
It bends forward, zipper get cut in the pockets. Wheels are very poor quality as well as the handle.

Perfect, would recommend this to anyone, great bag
Wanted something for carrying 2 laptops, accessories, some clothes back and forth to the North Slope. A nice roller bag and to easily fit in some of the smaller planes in the overhead compartment. This is Perfect, fits all of my needs.

Been waiting for this perfect wheeled backpack!
Years ago I had an idea for this wheeled backpack but never found one. This fits the bill perfectly. I'm older now and can't maneuver more than one suitcase at a time. And I don't like hauling a suitcase on city streets when overnighting. This backpack is the answer. And beautifully made. I'm totally enthusiastic.

Not a good/strong school bag
I bought this for my middle school son. The bag lools really nice and the wheels are smooth. The biggest disappointment is that this is not a good school bag. It sags in the front. The sides are too weak to support the weight on the front pockets (and we only place a few pens and pencils, nothing heavy). Also the inside does not have any sleeves or support to separate school stuff like binders and books.
The bag is more like a duffle bag with nice wheels.
We bought instead a second bag - I'm still trying to figure out how to return the 1 week used bag. The Sierra freewheel and that works great.

Spinner wheels don't spin!
My plan was to take as my carry on for a trip with my grandchildren allowing me to have my hands free to help with the children and easy mobilty if on the ground with the 360 wheels. BUT the 360 wheels are very stiff and it is difficult to roll even on a tile floor much less in an airport with grandchildren through parking ramps, etc. The shoulder straps were easily accessible due to a velcro attached opening in back. The top handle on the actual back pack was attached to the front material of the backback not the back part with more layers and I was concerned it would not support the weight when trying to lift it to put it up in the plane overhead compartment. So I returned it. Samsonite did not have an enclosed return shipping label so I did have to pay I think $22 to return it.

Lots of pockets, spaces for stuff
My 80 year old mother purchased this for overnight getaways and carry on luggage for plane trips. The roller wheels and tall, sturdy handle give her easy mobility with her luggage.

It's very useful there are a lot of slots to put things. Such as 2 pockets for glasses, laptop, IPad IPhone, snack, clothes and many more. This backpack is very useful for 3 days vacation, I didn't need any bag.

falls forward constantly when rolling and static
the bag constantly wants to fall forward when packed. Items are placed in correct spots still wants to fall. I like that it has a pocket for the laptop but that still doesn't provide enough structure to keep upright.

This is the traveling backpack that I have been waiting for.

I travel by plane 1-2X/month and will use this for my carry on to store all electronics, cords, personal items, etc. It is like my mobile office. I wanted a rolling back pack because sometimes I have to push two large suitcases and need to carry this on my back. When not wearing it on my back, rolling it is easy and convenient while walking through the airport.
I like all the different compartments. It is a little tough getting into the large compartment quickly because it sort of collapses. Hard to describe. Also, it would be nice to have maybe one more 'slide in' compartment in the large compartment, aside from the zippered one. Overall, love it.
