Not as sturdy.
My husband is a teacher so he put his computer, papers, folders, office material, etc. in there. It's not as roomie as the other one he had. Also the wheels are not the best they are thin and doesn't hold the weight.

Not sure how long the handle will hold up. wheels rolled well enough across the parking lot and i was able to carry whay i needed for a day in the cubicle.

Wobbly handle
This is my first purchase of a briefcase on wheels. I am a bit concerned about the wobbliness of the retracting handle. So far, the handle works fine, but I made the purchase only a few weeks ago.

Great bag until two of the wheels stopped "spinning"
I use this bag whenever I travel, whether for business or pleasure. I keep my laptop in it, along with any other electronics, and whatever else I need for easy access when on a plane. The bag had been everything I wanted, until my last trip, when 2 of the 4 wheels decided not to spin without considerable resistance. As a result, the bag is no better than a wheeled bag. I am not sure if anything can be done.
I looked into bringing these into an authorized service center, but the cost and hassle of shipping is prohibitive. I also have no proof of purchase, as this was a gift to me. So, in essence, this bag lasted 2-1/2 years and now has lost all its advantages.

Really Liking So Far
I am loving this bag so far. Easy to maneuver, I'm a little concerned about the longevity of the expanding handle, it seems a little flimsy. Have used for work and personal travel over the last two months and it is very easy to navigate down an airplane aisle.

Expensive for what it is, Expensive to return
I bought it expecting to be a practical suitcase, but it is too big and whenever I add everything I need for a 1-2 day trip it inclines forward. Quality is below what I expect from a Samsonite. I got it in a deal and wanted to return, but Samsonite would charge so much for the return that it didn't worth sending it back. So I have a brand new product stuck under my bed.

It's Perfect!
It rolls so easily on both carpet and tile with the four dual wheeled casters. I upgraded from the two wheel model I have had for over 10 years for no other reason than better mobility inside the plane. This is a great bag and will be with me for years as it meets the quality and durability I expect from Samsonite just like the old one! I actually passed my old one to a friend as it works perfectly and has nothing wrong after all these years.

I really like the product. It is light weight, with plenty of room. One item that could use some upgrade is the handle. It is very thin and moves a lot side to side when rolling the product on all four wheels for transporting.

Where did the quality go with the handle?
I am going to be harsh on my feedback because my job requires me to travel for a living, and I have owned Samsonite products for over 15-years.
I currently have a Samsonite spinner and the zipper finally gave out. I went to the Samsonite website to order a new one, and there really was only 2-3 to choose from. This was the only one that was a spinner. I didn't think twice on the decision because I have always owned this brand.
I received this and was instantly disappointed. What did you guys do to the handle? Unless you are using some new, stronger lightweight metal that you cannot see by the eye, then I am wrong. The handle that you grab is the worse part. The thin plastic is cheap and has sharp edges. I am sure my hand will wear that down over time. The button that you push to raise and lower the handle is very cheap. When you push in the button to lower the handle, I have to push into the base of the handle, which allows my thumb to experience the cheap plastic edges once again. What happened to the thick round button? Ugh. I have to live with this until I have the opportunity to buy another new bag.
What you guys did do right was the storage. There is still room for more than one laptop and my tablet.
I say all of this not because I have loads of time on my hands, but because I hope Samsonite takes this feedback and increases the quality. I use my luggage everyday and I need good quality. I will come back any buy again if the quality improves.

Perfect!
Great capacity beyond the laptop and work gear. Glides super easy on carpet and super lightweight. A replacement for the two wheel model from more than 10 years ago because I wanted the four wheels. The old never wore out and am thinking this one will also live up to the Samsonite quality I have loved for years.

Wouldn't buy it again
This is the right size for what I needed, but has too much 'stuff' to it for what I really wanted. I needed a bag that had space for my laptop and a large and a small 3 ring binder, and with all the pockets and everything, it gets too tight (I travel with a number of files and a keyboard and mouse as well.) I'm afraid I'm going to break the zipper.
Most disappointing to me tho, is the quality of the handle. When I am wheeling it, it has so much 'give.' It's not tight at all, lending me to believe it probably won't last for long. Either that or the zipper will give out...I'm using it because my last bag lost a wheel, and I had to have something, but if there had been an alternative timing wise, I would have returned it. It just doesn't suit my needs. :(

Handle should be placed closer to rear, as bag currently must be spun around and carried with fromt(rounded) side against your leg.

A good solid business travel case on wheels
It seems quite rugged and versatile. The double wheels are very good. It is still perhaps a bit heavy—though slightly lighter than a previous version of this bag I also owned.

Not exact but a compromise
I use the bag to do local appt and to fly with. Samsonite had a version that had an extra section. This is a good compromise. They improved the handle and the wheels but the extender columns are still week

size was very convenient...
The product came as described, however i wish the extensions on the handle would be a bit more robust. They are on the THIN side. The over size is quite nice. Compact but efficient. Just took it on it's first trip and the size was very convenient and fit inside the overhead great. And it small enought to hand carry when needed and not feel strained. happy.
