Book Cover Tabs Break Off Rendering it Useless
samsung galaxy tab a 10.1 (2019) - the plastic corners of this tablet case that hold the tablet to the case are very brittle. i noticed one corner broke off within the first month. then another corner... my new tablet has been very carefully handled and not dropped. now a 3rd corners has broken off and the case is less than 1 year old. purchase date 2/17/2020. the cover is now useless since it won't attach to the tablet. this samsung case was certainly not cheaply priced... but this one is cheaply made. i'm very disappointed. my previous samsung tab a tablet case was awesome and that's why i wanted this one. ! i'm pursuing samsung warranty information for a possible solution or better replacement. (see the two attached photos of the broken corners)

Book cover corners very brittle, two broken,
I bought the 2019 galaxy tab 10.1 in september 2020 together with book cover. 16 december i started noticing cracks in the bottom two corners simultaneously when using the bookstand function. Did not drop nor mishandle or abuse the book cover in any way.
Bad product and in no way worth what i payed for it. Am denied a warranty claim, Samsung assumes i dropped it.

Bad purchase
i had my tablet got 4 days. it fell out of this case as i was picking it up and shattered the screen. if you pick it up and it flips open your tablet will hit the ground. i had my old tablet for years with no issue. i thought buying from samsung would be better. don't be fooled! a massive step backward in technology.
