Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Sucks I've had this t.v. for about 4 months and at first I thought it was a good purchase. I liked the smart apps and the 4k resolution but after those 4 months the t.v. is on a constant boot loop. It will turn on then back off continuously. I can't even use a product that's not even a year old. Worst thing I've spent my time and money on so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major Disappointment! I read reviews, I researched, and now I'm disappointed. How did this TV get such good reviews? Sound is poor, picture is "washed out". It has wifi connection, but... THERE'S IS NO BLUETOOTH! SERIOUSLY? EVEN GENERIC HAS BLUETOOTH! Wish I had bought generic. Can I have my money back, so I CAN? I promise to go to some random low value store, or something equally disgusting, and buy some generic TV, that has everything common, like bluetooth!Oh, and you cannot connect it to your cable DVR remote, nor it's remote to your cable DVR!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy Bought this in November had it 1 month it went out Samsung sent a repair service out to get the tv they kept it about 3 weeks got it back my apps don’t work and sometimes the remote doesn’t work.....if I wanted a refurbished tv I would’ve bought one but no I paid money for what I thought was a good brand

It continually loses internet connection when I have a strong signal on other devices sitting next to the TV. When it does connect, it usually loses connection throughout the show. Out of two months of using the TV, there has only been 2 days where we were able to watch a show without losing connection. Since I use iPTV, the TV is useless about 50% of the time. Small issue, but the remote keys are small and difficult to navigate through a menu. I expected more attention to the details from Samsung.If you don't plan using the WiFi feature, then it is a great TV. I always wanted a Samsung TV, but I am very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good picture but terrible remote I have been using Samsung 6300 series and loved Samsung One Remote. I bought this one for bed room and not impressed with the remote. One Remote doesn’t support on this TV. Picture is pretty good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won’t play anything on amazon prime I’ve had this TV for several months and it seems great until I try to stream from Amazon prime, which only works about 10% of the time. I’ve spoken to my service provider, done speed tests and other services stream fine but I get an error on prime that says my bandwidth is insufficient. Boo. Lame. Seems to likely be an issue with sansung’s Prime app, since it works on my other tv, fire stick, laptop and phone. Tech support with my ISP said that they’ve heard this complaint from other people with Samsung TVs.
