Reliable and proven technologies, including Ghost imaging and pcAnywhere, allow you to discover hardware/software assets, configure, provision, and migrate client devices, deploy updates/patches, remotely remediate, and recover from disrupted operations, and securely retire clients.
Symantec LiveState's open and extensible architecture allows modular capabilities to be added as needed, including system recovery; and easily interoperates with existing lifecycle management processes and tools - minimizing the total cost of owning and maintaining client devices.
SYMANTEC SECURITY VALUE LICENSE PROGRAM
The Value Program is a simple transactional plan that provides incentives for orders as few as 10 licenses and rewards the purchase of multiple product types within a product family. As a certificate-based program, the Value Program is ideal for small- to mid-sized companies. Customers simply purchase a media pack and the number of licenses needed from their reseller, and they then receive a license certificate directly from Symantec.
The Value Program offers volume discounts to customers, who may commit to larger deals. Customers can now combine licenses for products within the same 'product family' helping them to meet the minimum purchase requirement or to qualify for a higher price band. The Value Program also provides up-sell opportunities on all deals with 1st and 2nd year Maintenance contracts, Maintenance renewals, as well as higher-level technical support options.
The Value Program includes all the Symantec enterprise software products (with the exception of Symantec appliances) thus eliminating the need to submit separate purchase orders.
GOLD MAINTENANCE
Gold Support Maintenance subscriptions are designed for a small to medium size network that requires consistent phone support during normal regional business hours (Monday through Friday) with online support options available 24 hours a day.
Gold Maintenance includes Gold technical support, upgrade insurance, and content updates.
