The only "issue" (and reason for the less than 5-star rating) is that it would be nice to have the "protection present, fault and line ok" lights on the housing.

Included power switch made it simple to control power to sub-woofer and equalizer. It makes real sense to have power surge protection after spending thousands of dollars for a premium HIFI system.

Tripp-Lite has a great reputation and I am confident if there was a power surge/power issue, this gear would be protected and not cause my wallet to weep due to replacement cost of the gear.
