The Vertiv Geist Rack Transfer Switch (RTS) provides redundant power to devices that are single-corded. Without human intervention, the RTS detects a power outage and switches the power load to an alternate power source in less than 4-8 milliseconds. Users can easily convert basic rPDUs to metered or monitored PDUs using Geist Upgradeable hot-swap technology by adding the appropriate Interchangeable Monitoring Device. The power configurations are 15A, 120V, and 1.4kW.
