The Xerox® DocuMate® 152i Scanner is designed to take care of heavy scanning tasks. It has a duty cycle of 2,500 pages per day for high-volume scanning requirements. This document scanner uses the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder technology with dual white LED lamps as light source for high-quality and responsive scanning. With Visioneer OneTouch Technology and Visioneer Acuity Image Enhancement Technology, it is the perfect choice for any office or business setup. This PDF scanner can scan to email, scan to folder and scan to print for added convenience. The scanner has a speed of 25 ppm for both mono and color documents at 300 dpi image resolution for quick scanning.

Mac incompatibility
It's a very nice scanner. I use it to scan receipts ONLY because the scans it produces could not be sent to customers, for instance. We tried with three scanners, several Macs, and all available software updates. The scans always produce a rainbow discoloration down the left side of the scan. Customer service eventually gave up trying to solve the problem. I got the impression that no one in Visioneer support had a Mac to test this on. It would be a great replacement for its more expensive competitors, if the color problem could be solved.

Our management software allows us to scan and attach to our customers........we have around 15 Xerox scanners that have been work horses for us.....so glad that we started with the brand of scanners.....

Nice Scanner, HORRIBLE Software
I have been using this scanner for about a month. The device itself is nice. It is compact and produces a good quality copy. The software for it is another story. Unlike most software applications that have a steady window, this one has pop up windows. The primary window is a small one that sits at the bottom on top of all other windows. You can't minimize it or push it behind other windows. You can't edit after scanning. Or if you can, I have yet to figure it out as the help features and tutorials are HORRIBLE. If you scan a smaller image, like a receipt or business card, it automatically enlarges it to full size of whatever the default scan size is, i.e. letter or legal size. Again, no way to edit it. If you want to change from single sided scan to full scan, you have go into settings and make the change. No simple way to do it. In summary, nice scanner, horrible software.

The Xerox Documate 152i is an excellent unit with a minimal footprint that provides outstanding features. It is extremely fast and accurate with its scans and incredibly easy to use. Highly recommend this unit.

does not work,
I got it to work on day one, then it would not scan, I tried to call support and they were not willing to help. I am a small shop and do not have tech support, so I guess I am going to have to hire help to get this to work.

Good but some issues
I have been using this since late 2016 (purchased new) and like it overall. But it does not feed well - to get the pages to feed, I have to hold both sides of a page, otherwise, it jams or it won't take the page.
