The backups went more quickly than I anticipated, and I was pleased with the transfer speeds, especially since it is a physical drive as opposed to an SSD.Of course, the device is plug and play, and is very simple to use. I initially set a password on the drive, but that made life a little less convenient since I'm using it on multiple machines.All in all, I'd recommend this drive.
