Just frustrated. i would not recomend purchasing this through HP just go to site and download unless you have a couple of hours to kill before you give up and call Microsoft directly.

My first HPi got, I returned to the store because it said it wasn't shut down correctly and refuse to come back online. I called customer service only to get a recording that I needed to go to the website. So I buy this computer and thinking I had a virus, o got the McAfee virus protection. I only have Netflix, Facebook, gmail and chrome on this computer, and I can't even get Netflix to work right!

The computer came with an Office trial of 30 days, but I needed to get files transferred and up and running, so I purchased a permanent Office suite, and received a discount from HP. The transition was easier than I expected, and so far it's been a very good program. It has more than I previously had, which I may not use, but the stuff I am using is easy to navigate and I like the results. My files didn't convert smoothly from Windows 7 to Windows 10, so I had to download a converter, but it works well and things are running smoothly. Very satisfied so far with the Office program.

I have had no trouble using the product and found the tutorials for some unfamiliar features to be useful. However, I have had some navigation challenges such putting my work away so I can find it again. I'm getting better but sometimes it is a case of trip, stumble and fumble.

I also got lot of SSD storage and a Terabyte HD. I should have gotten the hi-res monitor but settled for Regular HD. This has been my only regret, but that was my own fault. Even though this is set up as a high end performance, it still doesn’t run my quicken app any faster than my previous Lenovo. However, that may Intuit’s failing, not taking advantage of the processing power.

It was delivered but with no instructions on how to install it. When I called the 800 number for support the first time, I spent 30 minutes on the phone but got no where. The second time I spent almost an hour. The first guy wanted me to pay for this. I was transferred three or four times but after an hour I had to hang up. I've had over 30 years in high end (mainframe/high end UNIX) tech stuff and worked with plenty of software so I'm no computer dummy. Although I'm not a PC expert most PC software was easy to download with instructions. (like opening an .exe file). But I couldn't get any support from HP. I'm going to try to get a refund and purchase it from a local Best Buy where I recently purchased my (Lenovo) laptop with Geek Squad contract. They're always very helpful.

I WENT THROUGH THE STEPS PROVIDED ON THE "FIX IT" PROGRAM. WHEN I TRIED TO LOGIN IT WANTED A PRODUCT CODE AGAIN. WHEN I PUT THE NEW PRODUCT CODE I WAS PROVIDED IT TOLD ME IT HAD ALREADY BEEN USED. I ENDED UP IN A RECURRING LOOP. I'M STILL IN THAT LOOP. I'LL TRY AGAIN WHEN I'M NOT SO FRUSTRATED AT IT.

Once upon a time you could put Office on multiple computers with the same purchase. Gone are those days. Now it is a money grab for licenses. I don't mind not having a physical disc but it took more than a day to get my license code so I could apply it when the email I received stated it would only an hour or so to process. Not exactly useful when you need it immediately. The actual subscription, however, is infinitely better than trying to use the online only version.

Last time I bought a laptop it came equipped with Windows 10. So.. It has Windows office on it now, and it is still slow to process anything. I bought it intentionally to use as a form of Chrome book.. just to communicate and store info in the cloud... still slow.

Download failed 3 successive attempts. Chatted with MS Tech support for about 30 minutes and primarily had to disable the firewall, but tech support also made changes on my PC including deletion of an older version of Office. Download was successful but installation procedure was not apparent. Had to chat with MS Tech support again and was not a simple fix with changes to registry and other tools to complete the installation. Instructions should have been provided to make this download and installation straight forward.

Then the download got messed up, and could not re-install because that "Key" was already used! Then had to call MicroSoft support, and they finally fixed it. So now I get to see if it works...............

Initially, I had elected to use additional licenses that I had available for ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, however, I immediately discovered fatal conflicts between ZoneAlarm and both the Omen Command Center and also with the HP Hardware Diagnostics. After extensive support sessions with both HP and ZoneAlarm's support technicians, the conflict with ZoneAlarm remains. Thus, I purchased McAfee LiveSafe and upon uninstalling ZoneAlarm and installing McAfee LiveSafe, all of the conflicts were completely resolved. It was disappointing that I had to forfeit the majority of a 2 year prepaid license to ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, but it is far more important to me to have both the security and smoothly running systems.

It requires an rj45 connection. I contacted hp and was told to contact cyberlink on how to downloads on a non hp computer. In order for cyberlink to respond to my situation I had to create an account with them and send them all the necessary order info paperwork to prove that it was a legitimate transaction. Once I satisfied their requirements, cyberlink told me to go back to you guys to solve my problem. When I got back in touch with hp , I was requested to sent a screen shot of the message from the software regarding it being for hp computers only. once I satisfied that request now they want to give me my money back. I received no answers on how to solve this problem or why it even existed. I've never come across pc software that was for a particular pc. This situation has been going on for over 3 weeks and has cost me a lot of problems for a less than 50 dollar software.

The mobile service has been ineffective with all the threats it has identified. Doesn't resolve or remove threats just enables the user to whitelist the flagged issue. Only complaint is that the letters/numbers on each key are difficult to distinguish unless the keyboard is at the right angle. Bright silver keys with or without the white backlight not always easily discernible.

Each time I opened or closed th computer, or moved it on the table, the casing would shuddered with it's flimsy plastic. Also, I had a key pop off 4 days ago. With regards to computing power and hardware, it's good. I like the features are responsive and fast. I ended upgrading the screen for HD quality and the intel processor, both of which I'm glad that I did.

True Key has gone through some changes lately that I didn't like (took away Touch to open Lock Screen). Us all-in-one desktop users don't like this.

HP doesn't accept returns, and I'm out $229. Recommend not purchasing email delivered licenses. After installation, I learned that it did not contain the 128gb SSD drive, as advertised in the specs. I notified HP and they instructed me to ship it back and they would send a new one with the correct components. Received new one and found that it also did not include the SSD Drive. I was instructed to ship the second one back to install the SSD Drive. I have returned and am awaiting installation.

Even installing any third party app is blocked. This is the job of a security tool. In this case, you can make feature that all deployment should go through McAfee. I have found no major issues and it has 4 USB outlets which is generous. It is fast enough with i7 and 12 MG of memory. On the negative side the screen is a bit close to being washed out (it is matte and needs more color pop), the sound is only OK and the keyboard is terrible, being imprecise/mushy and the flat keys are hard to work with. We had an HP laptop years ago which had an excellent keyboard, but now they all want to copy Apple’s flat keys but with low quality. Also, the screen is a bit too wide and low for my personal taste. Unfortunately, the computer took 2 weeks to arrive at my house. In sum, this computer is produced at a competitive/attractive price and it shows it in terms of just good enough to get by but not impressive quality. I am reasonably content with the purchase, but would probably buy another model again due to the screen and keyboard.

Now I have one product that I paid for twice and have to figure out how to get re-imbursed through HP. My advice is to NOT buy other vendor products via the HP website, instead just go to the vendor directly to avoid this huge hassle.

With a Studio 17, the weight can be a little too much when carrying for a long time...but not with this strap. I would have given a five star rating if it had more internal pockets. One large for the computer and another large for the cables. Kind of a pain with cables, external drive, broadband connection, etc. all in one big pocket.

This bag is about an inch short to fit in a 17 inch laptop. I do not think a 16 inch laptop would fit in as well but who knows. My daughter's 15 inch laptop fit in perfectly. It is a nice bag but do not buy it if your laptop is over 15 inches

The computer can be forced in after a fashion, but it is not a proper fit at all. Also, the compartment for holding other items does not open back - it's just a zipper slit at the top. This compartment is very difficult to access. Other Dell bags have been good to great. This one is lousy and should never have been offered w/ the Studio17.

I changed my order for the actual laptop based un an alert in the ordering process advising that the larger capacity battery would not allow this case to hold the laptop. As it turns out, my wife could not get the computer into the case anyway. I would point out that I DID NOT SEE THIS CASE, NOR ATTEMPT TO PLACE THE LAPTOP INSIDE IT. I have since purchased a different case from another retailer and I am stuck with the lower capacity battery. This is the first time I have had any difficulty with Dell, and there are other issues that were not satisfactory in this process that may turn me away from Dell in the end.

It will fit in the center compartment, but I purchased this bag specifically for the secure flap-over compartment. Also, please note that contrary to the description on Dell's website, the label attached to the bag specifies its dimensions as: "Computer Pocket: 16" L x 1.75" W x 12" H" Other than that, it seems to be really well made. Plenty of storage in two exterior compartments for mice and power cords, plus additional space in the (now vacant) flap-over compartment in the middle of the bag. A great bag, just not big enough for 17" laptops.

The only complaint is that of the three separated sections, only one opens completely. The compartment that has handy storage for phone, keys, and other small items is hard to access. No more hassle taking my computer out of the carrying case. This rugged case easily unzips and folds open to lie flat on the airport scanner belt without having to remove my laptop from its nicely padded pocket, while keeping the laptop separate from its supporting devices (wireless mouse, mini surge protector, flash drives, power cord, etc. neatly located in the adjacent zippered pocket. Padded adjustable carrying strap is perfect for me, even when wearing my sport jacket on travel to meetings. The quality of this slimline carrying case is excellent in my opinion. Now I much more look forward to traveling with my laptop.

I'll have to get another bag (can't return this bag since I ordered it well before getting the laptop). Good thing it didn't cost all that much.

Only issue I have now is the computer pocket is about a 1/2 inch too small to easily fit a 17" laptop. Had to empty the bag and squeeze the laptop in. Hopefully will loosen up with time or it will be hard to get in and out. Otherwise good product.

I read the reviews and even though some were negative I decided to see for myself. I must say that I am very pleased with my new case. My laptop fits perfectly with plenty of room left over for my other essentials. If you're not someone who throws everything but the kitchen sink into your carrying case, then this case should be perfect for you.

This case is padded, easy to get to to remove for airline checks and has special pockets for the carger, the mouse and the USB for the mouse. Obviously designed by a user!

Also the accessory side doesn't open all the way and makes it difficult to work with. Quality of this case is excellent. Would recommend a larger bag for larger than 17" laptop.

However, the other areas to store things can't do very much because the laptop uses most of the space. My mouse and charger do fit,,,,but they don't just drop to the bottom of the bag---they rest near the top because they can not get past the laptop. More than the problem is with the bag--it's that I have a 17in laptop in a compact case. A larger case needed would leave the compact group and fall in the larger group...like a brief case or larger.

However, the next day I went to use it; and thats when the trouble started. I'm unable to connect to the internet. The error message says driver or hardware problem. I tried several times to contact the support link... which consistently says they are experiencing problems; check back later. So i watched the reinstall driver video they offered. I followed the instructions and it still didn't work. I will be taking it to a computer reshop...smh

I just installed McAfee on 9/8/2020 and also lost 1 month of a trial that comes with the new computer. I feel I was shorted service time and that was a waste of resources and money. I would not recommend buying this product when you do not have your new computer immediately.

But I did get a year of Microsoft Office 365 Personal for 49.99 instead of the regular 69.99. Worth waiting a few hours, in my opinion. I was able to add it to my existing subscription and my expiration date was pushed out by a year.

They were on sell but I wanted something I don't have to worry about for a while. Went through HP and saw they had a 3 year deal and it was actually cheaper than the 1 year on sale from McAfee. No brainer. Once the payment was processed in less than an hour I set it up very easily with McAfee and was on my way. Now I don't have to worry about protection for 3 whole years

Not sure if you have to do this, but I first turned off auto renewal and then downloaded the software. After everything installed properly, I then turned auto renewal back on. Even though I had a few months left on my current subscription, the system seemed to automatically give me those two months. You can search google and find the same three year livesafe product for much less ,but I felt more comfortable buying it through HP.

Their reasons were solid and have discovered the improvements. Then i installed it and ran it and all seemed good. 2 days later after work when i had to get on the computer again and tried to run it, it wouldn't work and appeared to not be installed. I still had the email and tried to reinstall it which it did but when i tried my user and password and they weren't accepted, i tried to make another acct and then i was locked out. I called tech support and after being on hold and not getting through to anyone or anything, i finally took thr automated message advice to leave my info and ill get a call back. That was 3 days ago and still no call back.

The software recognized that I had a trial version of McAfee loaded and it removed it and loaded the paid for version without conflict. I haven't used the LiveSafe software enough yet to rate the actual software performance.

It is a quick start up, i like Cortana, the keyboard has a very soft touch, the miusepad does NOT have a super soft touch-which is good for my chunky-munky heavy handed typing skills. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light Weight and Cellular Connection I bought this Elite Dragonfly in early May. It arrived a week early on May 22nd. I charged it, turned it on, and it is beautiful. The keyboard is firm and feels like the keyboard you would use with a Desktop. My only comment for improvement is the instructions that come with the SIM card. It would be helpful for HP to mention that if you are adding it to an existing account, call your provider to have a new line added. Otherwise everything works great.

The advertise how easy it is and for me that just isn't true. I have yet to have anyone at HP male this right and at this point don't believe any one is going to. So not only do I not like this product but I'm not to thrilled with HP either. If someone asked me to recommend a laptop you can guarantee it would not be HP and there is no way I would recommend Magix Vegas either..

I think that little functions on the new Windows 10 HP are not as easy to manuver. I miss snipping tool. I miss right click to make new icons. The personalization is not as friendly. The USB ports are in the very back, under a lip and are horrible to plug in a flash drive or similar. The outlet for the speakers is smack-dab in the way on the front edge. The style is wonderful to look at, shiny and sleek, but is doesn't feel very friendly to get to know.

Options didn't exist to not select this, and had to uninstall upon receipt. In addition, the laptop shipped dysfunctional, where the touch screen and pen did not work (the Folio laptop is highly dependent upon a workable screen/pen). The customer support was not helpful, in that all the support is automated bots. It took over 4 days to find out that in order to process a return, I have to call another 1-800 number. Frustrating to say the least, having spent so much savings in this current COVID environment. Should have just went down the street to buy a laptop locally that would have been guaranteed to work.

I have had great support and coverage with Norton 360 over the years. Staying with Norton. I would prefer to be given a choice of a 1-year subscription of Norton 360 or McAfee. This has no value to me. I would recommend HP all day long to clients and family. I cannot say that about McAfee.

I have tried McAfee on a couple other PC's and was not impressed as much as I am with Microsoft Defender. I will give McAfee credit for improving performance and using less resources. Its a good option if you want a more robust security suite. For myself it's just a bit much.

The first one I had I was able to fit my Toshiba 17" Staellite into the pouch, but the top of the bag started to shred a little bit from the tight fit. I purchased a new one with our new 17" Lenovo ThinkPad P70, and the wonderful pouch does not accommodate the new laptop at all, so it is largely useless, unfortunately. the other features are great! I love the other large zipper pouch -- I keep my surge protector, power cord, and other accessories in there. There is a lot of padding to keep the laptop safe and dry.

The case is made for up to a 17 inch laptop. Mine is 17.3 inches which makes for a VERY tight fit. I was told (after the fact) that the case will loosen up with time and will not damage the computer.

"Missy" indicated that the down load would indeed recognize the existing software and update accordingly. Being skeptical, I waited until now to download the new product so that if the new product didn't update properly i wouldn't lose any more than a month of previously paid for service. The new download did in fact update properly as "Missy" indicated, installed properly and appears to be working well. OUTLOOK took a day or two for adjustment but I am tuned in now. The biggest disappointment is that I am unable to get OUTLOOK to work on my Android phone. The phone is synced for messages, calendar and contacts but it is not in the OUTLOOK format of my previous Microsoft phone

Graphic Designing is a passion of mine and this program allows me to create the things I have in mind easily and effortlessly. I would recommend this program to anyone. Side note though. If you have this program you should have a high processing computer for it to work just right. If I would’ve known that before I would have upgraded the processor just a bit. Say an i7 instead of an i5. Other than that it’s perfect.

I like it but I found the keypad very sluggish and needs a stronger when compared to my MacBook. Except for this, I don’t have any big issues so far. The hp support (automated) is not well advanced and seems mediocre. These are my first impressions with my first HP laptop. Overall I rate it at 90 out of 100. I will give it as ok rating and wait for any future experience which may motivate qa better rating.

Not to mention I also saved like $39 because originally it cost $69 so, I only paid $30 for it and I have unlimited licenses which means I can use on infinite devices. This also protects you while surfing the web and it scans your device for viruses. Then, It scans the wi-fi you are connected to in order to see if it is safe to use. I would truly recommend this product.

I lost some of my writing during a three hour stint. It forced us to reload the program and we've had no problem since.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Possible hardware problem We purchased a dozen HP All-In-One, 24 inch, Core I5 touch screen computers. Two of them have an odd problem. In the middle of typing or reading an email, the screen will go blank. It literally just goes black for several seconds. It does come back, but once when it came back, it locked up and we had to do a hard restart. As the computer is new, I called for HP Support. After perhaps an hour on the Internet and on the phone and between an automated response system and finally a technician with a poor telephone connection, they were able to aces the computer remotely. Thankfully the same issue happened while the HP technician had control of the computer, and so he saw it. So for all that, what is the resolution? Well, nothing yet. The technician said he could send me a disk that might help, but it would cost me $75.00 even though the computer is under warranty. Finally when I said I would not agree to that, he stated that even though he witnessed the problem, he wants me to use the computer for a day or so to see if it happens again. He promised to call me back to check in. He may call back and check in, but the bottom line for me is that I have a new HP computer with a problem, that the HP technician witnessed the problem, that the problem persists, and I still have no resolution. For a small business buyer like me who makes fairly significant purchases, at least for us, this is not good.

So forced to upgrade which was upsetting since my computer issue wasn't with Office software. Bottom line it works much like what I'm accustomed to just bitter I had to spend money that I truly didn't have at Christmas time on a fixed income.

Had no issues installing the 2019 version, and all saved 2010 files are accessible with the 2019 version. The 2019 version now matches the 2019 version on my laptop. Prefer 'stand-alone' version (for each PC) versus the 365 model because once I learn a version - I don't want constant updates with 'features' I'm not interested in. This scenario works for me.

Well, that's the only place where you can find how to activate your software: not even the hp store where you purchased the software has a link to it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Computer is great but there are video problems Everything is great except for the video. It has powered down five times and I must reboot to get back video. I've checked the cable at both ends and their fine, so I guess the problem is elsewhere. Luckily, its been when watching videos, not while working. As for the HP machine, it loads fast. I need to opened Word, Excel, Adobe, Photographs and several other programs to do my genealogical work and historical research. I was switching back and forth between them with ease and quickly updating them. The Excel program is 19 Mb and I open several large Word Docx's at a time. Soon I'll start scanning 2,000+ death certificates from the 1800's and collate the information in the spreadsheet. I hope the screen doesn't power down while doing my research.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Functionality and Features I've had a lot a trouble finding a case that would fit this larger notebook. I finally found this one. . I really like it. It's well padded and re-enforced at the corners. It has two separate zipped pockets, one with a velcro enclosure. It is large enough to carry files. The main zipped compartment side is divided in half. One for the laptop and the other side for the laptop cable. There is ample padding between them.The outside zipped compartment has storage space for smaller objects. One of it's special features is that it is TSA friendly. You can completely open the entire laptop side of the case for inspection without having to pull it out of the case at the airport inspection station, then simply zip it back up. I think that's a great feature for a soft-padded case and for people who do a lot of traveling. . My only complaint would be that the shoulder strap would be better if it were padded a little bit more and maybe more ergonomically.

There is plenty of room for the power supply, backup disks and other assorted goodis that you would want to carry for your laptop. Even with that, there is room for files and other related materials. The notebook fits firmly between two padded sides in themiddle of the case with a velcro strap to seal it in. I couldn't be happier with this case.

Ohh we, it doesn't really fit; I literally have to PUSH my Envy 17 in to a point I am afraid the bag is going to break. The quality of the bag is OK...but if it doesn't serve the purpose, why spend the money in the first place? But, if you are buying a bag for a smaller laptops or a 17", not an 17.3" laptop, you might like this bag...for the price of $29.99.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect After I purchased my laptop from HP I needed a case for it and they did have one that fits my 17.3 screen perfectly. The enclosure for it is great since just the laptop goes into it and is secured with a velco closure. It is airline easy screening so you don't have to remove it from the case. The other compartments are so very roomy and will hold the adapter, mouse and power plug easily along with any other important papers or things you also want to carry in it. It also has a shoulder strap to make carrying it even easier. I am very impressed with this case.

Although you are not able to use it in the specified laptop section of the case because it is to big for that part, it fits just right in the other section of the case. Build and quality of the case is also very good.

There was nowhere; then all of a sudden under a Flap I found another Zipper. When I opened it I found an area with little pockets and such as I need. But you cannot get to them without sticking you hand back down inside a Zipper vs being right out in the open like my other cases; which will NOT hold this new 17.3" Laptop. Very, very disappointing!!!

HP had it on sale for $27 including tax - a good case and a great deal ! ! ! Purchased a second one for my daughter - the casting agent - for Christmas. She uses 17" Mac Book also and loves her case too because it protects the laptop, is relatively small but big enough to hold all the other stuff she needs and looks professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not good first I don't agree with McAfee tactics. While trying to install the software I received a message that said I was a victim of a virus in a big red screen. The virus was to steal my identity. When I called McAfee afraid to hit anything on the computer I was told the screen was just a way to direct customers to their products, advertisement known as scare tactics. I really did not appreciate that. I was sold a product that can go on 10 items, however, it only worked on 1, when I asked for a discount I was told to go back to HP since they sold me the product. When I spoke with HP they said I had to talk to McAfee. Neither company solved the problem. I also don't want anymore of your junk e-mails nor a response. You can either credit me or just leave it alone. Terrible customer service.

However, when it came time to download link to install, HP neglected to "Activate" the card - causing me to spend a whole lot of time on the phone with McAfee getting help locating my purchase via HP and activating the card. I have no idea why HP sold this product without allowing the card to be 'scratched' by the customer? This ended up being a HUGE amount of time and inconvenience. If you purchase through HP, be sure that they have done their job correctly on their end before ending your online or chat or phone call with them.

Could not use software download because the PC was delayed due to Covid. Then discovered the "scripts" problem. Have spoken repeatedly and at length with Corporate Representatives to no avail.

The first call was on 11/5/21 - it took 8 hours to find out that nothing was going through. Then I contacted them again and got Roberto L. On Saturday, Roberto tried again and said that something was wrong with a needed file. On Sunday (11/7/21) he was able to succeed after doing more research on the problem. He deserves much thanks for completing this transfer. His dogged tenacity was admirable! Thank him for me.

I talked to hp twice and was told that I needed to get a refund through McAfee. I talked to McAfee today they don't have record of the payment because I bought it through HP. I'm not sure who I should talk to now.

I was told I would get 6 months of free ink cartridge. There was a number I needed which could not be found so I could not get the free ink. I had to call their Help Desk to find out that the product required both Firewalls be turned off on the computers before it would work in wifi transfer mode (wifi mode was recommended by the sales consultant, instead of the hard cable mode). This requirement was not listed in the instructions received with the product. During transfer, there were no options to select what should be transferred - I had no idea what was being transferred or how. Despite having pre-cleaned the old computer, the product transferred some base software I did not wish to have transferred, requiring me to go into my new computer and try to get rid of it.

HP chat mentioned nothing regarding this and i specifically asked prior to purchasing. Also, no vpn included. "Safeguard' does not work with latest version of firefox either. Your better off with the free version of avast and malwarebytes free add-on extension. You literally dont even need this.

I thought it would make one less thing to deal with. I looked up on line comparisons and saw that if you signed up for auto-renewal the VPN would be included as it is with Norton. I spoke to McAfee after signing up for auto-renewal to find out it is not included if purchased through HP. I could pay additional to add it on. Or they told me to return it to HP and then purchase it from them. There is no return on software from HP. At this point, I should have followed my initial instinct and purchased Norton.

The preloaded trial software keeps telling me I need to buy software I already bought. My computer would not start up and there was no way to call anyone without logging in and when I did get tech support in another country. They told me they had to transfer me to 3rd party to charge me. When all I had to do was restart my computer....IF I could give zero stars I would.

You’ll need to wait a few hours to get the activation code, but after you get it, it’s no problem to add it to your Microsoft account (which will extend your subscription by 12 months). Make sure to check your spam filter—mine is pretty aggressive and filtered the activation code out. I am submitting this review in exchange for a Sweepstakes entry, but the opinions are my own.

I love the speed in which I can pull up spreadsheets compared to my 17" laptop. I used to have to wait at least 1 to 2 minutes for Excel or Word to open, now it is as soon as I press the enter key. I am 74 and consider myself as a computer illiterate and for me it was very easy to set up. Very happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ok, but did not meet expectations Status messages indicated the product shipped. There was supposed to be a download link in an email. That did not show up, but the status said it was thoroughly shipped. After inquiring, the link was sent. The installation did not work in S-mode. I had to disable S-mode permanently to install. The installation then failed due to missing DLLs. I had to contact the vendor to find out that the release 21 of Windows 11 had to be updated to release 22. After installing, all document files were placed in a different folder than the original location.

The only solution I have been given is to buy the program again right away and take advantage of a reduced price (that must be a JOKE). I have paid full price once

Only complaint I have is that when I purchased this, the newest edition was out and cheaper than this version. My fault for not realizing it before I purchased. I attempted to contact customer service regarding this as well as never receiving my download link but the only thing they would address was the download link.

They advertised it is set in safe mode and unfortunately I haven't been able to install the McAfee LiveSafe. I intend to return it because trying to get assistance through HP to get a workaround is next to impossible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PC mover difficulties Used PCmover twice. 1st time the transfer was a disaster, 2nd time was better with the help of a Laplink support technician, but there were still problems so I reversed the 2nd transfer as well. I'm trying to make my new laptop look like my old one by trial & error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product for the best Price and a better deal than the 360 version. I got the 2021 MS-Office for the best price. It's the latest version of the Microsoft applications and I could not be happier. It's a better deal than signing up for the monthly payments the 360 version is offering. When you compare paying the full price vs the 360 version you will notice that only after a few months (less than a year) you will be paying more on the 360 version than paying the full price at front. Don't get fooled by the 360 version. It's a no brainer. Do the math before making your choice. You are welcome.!! :)
