The best feature, is that it's reliable. We don't have to wonder if it's going to be ready to wake up and print, just because it's been over 24 hours since we last sent over a job. We love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 bySteve from Xerox does not stand behind their printers.I bought this printer for a small professional business office setting with small network. The speed of print is OK but the the printer wrinkles number 10 business envelopes (too unprofessional to send to clients). Xerox had service person come look at the printer and everything was setup correctly, the printer simple wrinkles envelopes. I asked Xerox to refund me my money or send me a printer that does not wrinkle envelopes. They are unwilling to do either one. Thankfully CDW will take the printer back and so I am buying a Lexmark printer form CDW.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJoan from Good printer for the pricePreviously had a Xerox Phaser 3600 that was similar to the 3610 but the 3610 has better print quality. The older model was built a little sturdier so don't know how long this new one will hold up. Although some reviewers complained about the toner being difficult to change, it is very easy once you do it the first time. The menu list takes a little time getting used to but the printout of the menu list is very helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with this printer in the short-term since I have only had it about three weeks. Always surprised at the cost of a replacement toner cartridge, so check that out before buying!
