Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Copier!! I absolutely love this copier compared to the colorqube I used to have!! I have no idea what the other review is talking about. Its definitely faster and looks much sleeker with better color quality then my last xerox. would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Conventional Toner not an upgrade I am onto my second 8560MFP which has been exceptional to use and with the solid ink sticks. Now I am looking for an upgrade and this ‘Versalink' is recommended over the ColorQube Solid Ink Printer. I don’t understand how Xerox can market a conventional toner system over a solid ink system by saying it's an upgrade. Installing app compatibility and touch screen is not an upgraded machine. As a solid ink user, I will never go to toner cartridge systems again, even if I have to buy second hand... This is very disappointing Xerox. Improve your solid ink technology without passing on the costs to the consumer...

I was on vacation and was able to tell the office to order more toner based on the notification function.

Also, it has a reasonably small footprint, thus allowing for other use of valuable office and counter space. Also, has a lot of configurations for various needs throughout the office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer (but very picky) ... The final product is great! No regrets about finally replacing my old Phaser Wax Ink printer. However, this machine is really specific and picky!! Your paper selections on the printer have to match the paper 'type' you are sending or things won't print. And, having the right 'type' of paper selected on the printer can affect how the final print job looks and it helps avoid issues! You just might need a PhD in Xerox-Printerese! But, once you figure all of that out then it's a FABULOUS MACHINE!!! LO

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome printer Phenomenal printer works great in our small to medium size office, printing approx 3000 pages per month. The machine just works and handles any job from large to small with ease. So far we are extremely happy with the C605 and it has been well worth it. Print quality is great. The finisher/stapler works well too. The only issue I have is when purchasing a machine, there is little accurate info on the internet regarding the different types of machines and accessories. It would be wise to use a xerox dealer so they can contact xerox directly with your questions. For instance I bought a stand, but it was unclear which stand will fit and the dimensions are shipping dimensions online, not the actual dimensions. Also, some models do not fit a finisher, but some retail outlets sell a model that has the incorrect picture and description. So just make sure you do your homework, (which in my case was a lot of hours, earning me an A).

I hate when I sometimes print a document and wait for several minutes to pick it up off the printer but no copies. Then I have to get up and push a button in order for it to print. In addition, when printing on paper other that regular white copy paper i.e. glossy, card stock paper it is a inconvenience to have to get up and tell the printer what type of paper I'm using and then it does print it jams the copier. It is NOT user friendly.

While it takes a bit of time with the instruction manual, once set up this is a very reliable piece of machinery and we are very happy with it

Not sure if the problem is with the printer itself or with the setup but it seems to have been out of service more often than in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Robust Printer We are generally enjoying our new VersaLinkC605 - it prints high-quality documents quickly, has readily usable scan-to features, holds tons of paper, and makes toggling to the bypass tray for special jobs easy. After a power outage, it seemed to have lost some of its settings, but when they were set the way we wanted them, it was so easy to use. It often has trouble identifying paper size when scanning or copying and has limited compatibility with labels. Although we set the printer to the label function, it cannot seem to adhere to the template we've used (and used without issue on other devices), skewing the alignment of the verbiage throughout the page of labels. We do a lot of label printing, so that is a real bummer. Otherwise, it's a powerhouse, and we love how little attention it needs - it's nice not having a "diva" of a printer anymore!

Not only is it incredibly user friendly, but it prints vibrant color and is incredibly easy to replace ink cartridges on. You will absolutely come to love using this printer compared to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from C605=Great Printer I've had my C605 about 1.5 years now. The C605 is very durable and fast. I run approximately 5000 pages monthly. I had one service call on the machine to date and the tech from Superior Office Products had me up and running in minutes. The tech came out within the hour. Very quick response and professionalism.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor drivers / difficult to work with I've worked with a number of Xerox printers over the years but none have been as dreadful as the C605. Color is unimpressive. The drivers provide little control over color settings and documentation does not yield improvements for this. The printer shifts the image based on stock type. Communication problems abound in a network environment. Working with different stock types is time-consuming and problematic because the printer will require special handling at so many levels, hardware and software. Label templates which worked perfectly on other printers require adjusting on a user-by-user basis, usually with no logical explanation. Also, attempts to print doc files result in an error message. Documents have to be changed to docx files in order to print. If the drawer is opened to add or change paper stock, the printer will hold up printing until a button is manually pressed on the command screen. We strongly disliked the previous printer which our office utilized for color printing, but after trying this one, we want the old one back.

The user interface, speed, print quality, speed, and overall connection and troubleshooting are terrible. Tech. support is focused on learning money instead of solving issues. The website does not have any helpful recommendations. It is basically a glorified home copier that is meant for business use and cannot be sustained or maintained.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely hate this product. User interface, ease of use, quality of print, and feature set are all terrible for comparable price products. I highly do not recommend this printer. Xerox doesn't even make it and it is a terrible product. Stay away from it.
