Good printer
This printer is certainly not a plug and play printer. If you don't have some kind of experience with computer and peripherals, you will hate this printer. The set-up is done online and thats what makes it difficult to get it to work but, once the set-up is done the printer is great.

Great product and reliable
Easy to set up and load print drivers. Ease of use and has good options for scanning into PDF format. Good quality for personal use or for home office.

The 3345 WorkCentre has amazing features
My Xerox WorkCantre 3345 came well packed with good instructions.
The set up was easy. The touch control is very good and responsive. Looks like OLED screen. It is of good size compared to the competition which were awfully small. The print quality is fantastic and very responsive. The killer feature is the e-Consierge feature. With this set up I can monitor the toner cartridge (from three different locations) and order cartridge from the same website. It got shipped right away for free! - EXCELLENT SERVICE. This unit is 10 out of 10 in design, features, quality, ease of use and value. Just had it for a month. Reliability so far has been excellent.

Work Center 3345
We got the Xerox Workcenter 3345 to replace our old Xerox Workcenter. Xerox discontinued our old model so we picked the one that seemed most like our old one. The new model is not nearly as user friendly. We also got a rude surprise when it ran out of toner after 2 weeks use. We were not aware that the printer only came with a temporary toner cartridge that would only print a few hundred pages. We got a low toner light and 10 minutes later it stopped printing. Xerox was nice enough to send a full size toner but our office couldn't print anything for 24 hours. I am not sure I would buy this printer again.

Great Printer!
Prints fast and clean! Able to print & collate mixed size pages (40+ per min) as long as it is set up correctly. However it does NOT scan in mixed sizes automatically as I was told when I purchased it. You can use their software to 'build a scan' and are able to keep your mixed size pages in order then send PDF back to client correctly, but it takes a little more work. I am a notary loan signing agent so I need to be able to print/scan in both letter and legal sizes. It does have one full size tray and one bypass tray that holds 50 pages. I was told I could purchase another full size tray if I decide I need/want one.
Setting this printer up correctly so you can use all the functions is very frustrating. Xerox needs to include all instructions and speak in language that everyone can understand!!! I felt like I needed to have a masters in IT just to understand what they were telling me to do. I did finally get it set up correctly after calling their help line a couple times. Those folks were very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to find a workaround so I was able to get the different sized paper scanned correctly and keep them in order. If they hadn't done that I would have returned the printer. I'm sure this is not just a Xerox printer issue - I've seen other brands reviews with the same complaints.
All in all a great printer that will do what I need. The touchscreen on the printer is a good size, easy to read and understand, and has all the options you will need. For other LSA's out there - you will have to decide if its worth it to you since it can't scan to PDF size (you have to use a workaround which takes a little longer).
Shipping was super fast - I received my printer a FULL WEEK before the stated delivery date!! Most other brands didn't have any in printers in stock or the arrival date was 2 months out. Xerox had inventory and got it to me in record time! Very much appreciated in this time of Covid shortages!!
The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the difficulty getting it set up correctly.
