Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value We use this printer with the wireless option to produce a few hundred labels per day. The bifold door to access the media makes it easier to put in a smaller space, and the interior maintenance light is also helpful. We had some trouble getting it to work with Aruba WiFi equipment, and fixed it by disabling Protected Management Frames on the printer. Overall we are happy with this model and are going to be buying more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Housing The housing is mostly plastic. It would be better if the covers were metal to help discharge static electricity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Thermal Printer for Shipping Labels This printer is a work horse. It is so much faster than our old serial port model. Great print quality at half-tone. Maintenance and loading on this unit can be tricky at first but once you have it down, you'll be fine. Tip - Learn how to do manual calibrations if you have non-continuous labels with marks or perforations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A workhorse This thing has a very good duty cycle and seems very reliable to date.I just wish it came with the Rewinder and Cutter both. The terminology on the front panel can be a bit confusing, there is no "Save Settings" instead you make changes then select "Reset", make sure you read the user manual.
