Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable PrinterThis is a great printer! The set-up was very easy and I love that it connects to wifi. The wifi connection makes it easy to print from my phone or computer - which is very beneficial to me. I live in an apartment so I am not sure how great the wifi connection range is in a larger home. I was surprised at how well the print quality turned out on this printer. I don`t print a lot of items that require high color detail but I thought it printed outstanding in black and white and color. I also like that there are only 2 ink cartridges (Black & Color - not cyan, magenta, yellow etc.). The scanning function worked well but you can only scan 1 page at a time. I wish that I could feed pages to scan instead of laying down one copy at a time. The printer does alert you if you left a page on the scanner though. I received this printer as a free sample to use for this review and I would give it 4.5/5 stars! It is a reliable printer that does it`s job and it is easy to set-up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PIXMA TS5120I bought this printer about month ago. Printing wireless. Works great so far. I like it better than the Epson printer I was using before the Canon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inconsistently worksMy previous Canon worked great for eight years until the paper feed stopped working, so I thought a comparable Canon would be a good replacement. The new Canon printer has given me nothing but problems. It won't hook up wirelessly to my phone or laptop, sometimes it won't turn on and now my wired connection isn't working. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from prepare to call CanonI have always been really happy with Canon, a return customer for my office and home. When my last printer/scanner (which I loved was no longer supported by Canon software, I went with the purchase suggested by Canon customer service. This has given me constant hassle. It is not broken, just poorly designed in my opinion. I have had to call Canon several times and they are readily available and helpful during the work week. Since I have time to catch up with work on the weekend, I am often incapacitated because the customer service is not available and the device keeps having new reasons it won't work, which I cannot diagnose myself and then have to wait until Monday to print anything.I would have paid more money for a better printer and I wish that was recommended (if the more expensive machines are any better).Even when it works, I don't like1.How long it takes to warm up and also to print. Everything is slow slow slow. If I need something quickly for a meeting, forget about it. Often it suddenly doesn't work anymore (as mentioned above) but if it does, it takes a long time anyway.2. the displays and how they function are counter-intuitive. I have had to call customer service to understand them or to get me out of a loop. I almost never post reviews, but I am thoroughly amazed by how high the ratings are on this product. I would not recommend it to anyone and I am very close to throwing it away (e-cycle). In my opinion, Canon should be ashamed of putting their name on this product. I thought I could count on them because I always had such good products from them before. I still like the customer service people and find them helpful (except the one who recommended this machine to me)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great All-In-One Wirless/Mobile PrinterI received this Canon PIXMA TS5120 BK Printer free to sample. After using it now for a couple weeks I am extremely happy with the printing quality, specifically pictures, and I love the wireless mobile printing. It was so simple to setup on all of my devices (computer, cellphone and tablet). The Canon Print app makes it so easy to use on a phone or tablet. It makes it very easy to handle any task you would need. Overall I would give this a 5 out of 5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!I received this printer in exchange for my honest review. I`ve had a wireless printer once in the past (I still use it via USB cable to print for work) and the wireless function just never seemed to work right. The set up was very quick and easy, and I had no issues connecting and printing wirelessly for the last couple weeks. I also like that this has a black cartridge and a multi-color one - my old printer had 4 separate cartridges. Photos printed out in great quality as well as documents I needed for work. I did not find anything that I would change - I really like the product and will continue to use. Easy set and easy use makes me happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Printer!Great little printer! The person who wrote this review received a free sample for providing an open and honest review of the product. What I loved:Out of the box, the printer was easy to set up. Plug it in, put the disc in the computer (could also download from the internet) and no connection with a USB needed. Everything was set up wirelessly. I set this up on three different computers (HP, Lenovo, and Asus) with no errors or problems. I was able to print from them easily. There was also an onscreen setup on the printer that showed you each step which was really nice.I also downloaded the free app to print directly from my iPhone. I was able to choose a photo from my feed and print directly to the free photo paper sample that was supplied in the box. Loved that! The double paper feed. There are two ways to load paper into the printer, so you are not having to fuss with just a tray.Very quiet, the printer was much quieter than my previous printer, it still has the warm-up period when you first begin to print, but it is much more silent at warming up and the actual printing.Fast printing, even the photo printing was surprisingly fast. Compact, the print window and functions are on a tilt out screen that can be put down when not in use, making the printer very compact for storage.Photo Print Quality, for a home printer, the photo printing was a nice quality. I`ve already framed a couple of prints.Easy Scanning, can be set up from the printer and will scan to your documents by selecting your computer on the printer screen. What Could Be Better:Bottom Load Tray, you have to completely remove it from the printer, then remove a little plastic piece on one end to insert your paper. Plus it does not hold much paper, so you will be refilling often. Wish it was easier to load. Some of the menus could use the animation helps. It took me a couple of tries to realize that you have to hit OK in the menu to change the paper size on the back feed loader (the supplied `video` on the screen only shows you how to load it) and you have to click either `Black` or `Color` to begin scanning your document. It`s fairly intuitive, but for some folks they will have to read the manual to figure those things out. Overall though, this printer is a vast improvement over my old printer. The wireless is fantastic and I love being able to print from my phone and iPad. I would definitely recommend this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poorly designedPoorly designed, open front cover allows dirt, dust, anything into the interior of the printer and paper trays. Each day is a new problem, paper trays selected by printer when not desired. Hardwired, but printer doesn't see computer. Unreliable.Cheapyly built and poorly designed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product!!I was sent the Canon PIXMA TS5120 to test and review. I always hate setting up a new wireless printer. There always seems to be a problem with connections and I have to call for tech support. K udos to Canon for making this a PAINLESS install. From unboxing to my first print was less than 20 minutes. After I had successfully connected it to my PC I downloaded the app for my iPhone 6s and connected wirelessly in about 5 seconds. I was successful in printing a photo off of my phone in less than a minute. I did not realize that the picture would print from the back tray which took me a few seconds to find and load the photo paper. My photo printed beautifully on photo paper! Black and white printouts have been fast and look great! I would absolutely recommend this product!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective Product. Great Customer Service.I recently received this printer to review and liked the sleek look of the machine upon arrival. Unfortunately, when I tried to hook up the computer an error popped up immediately and I had to call tech support. It turns out the machine has a hardware problem ( possibly from being jostled during shipment) and I will have to be sent a new device. Although at this time I’m unable to review the product as it didn’t work , I wanted to state that canons customer service was fantastic. The tech support technician was extremely helpful and kind and offered to send out a new product immediately. I look forward to receiving the new printer and would gladly order another canon product thanks to the stellar customer service / tech support.
