The Data Express DX115 6G is a compact, rugged, drive carrier and receiving frame for internally mounting 2.5" or 3.5" form factor drives into any a 5.25" peripheral bay. The DX115 6G receiving frame offers 6 Gbps performance while still utilizing the same DX115 carrier as the previous 3 Gbps frame. This allows backwards compatibility with 3G HDD as well as the opportunity to take advantage of 6 Gbps speeds when used with a 6G drive, frame and host configuration. The DX115 removable enclosures are designed specifically to accommodate a variety of the latest PC chassis bay dimensions.
