My printer is exellent: easy to use, generates exellent prints, estetically pleasing.
However, the toner cartriges are very expensive and never on sale. The promissed credits for the used cartriges return are not posted into the account, thus, not realised. It is ourages that a set of the toner cartriges cost significantly exieds the price of the printer.!!!

Wrong product
I entered my printer model # and trusted HP to direct me to the correct toners. I was in a hurry so I did not double check with my manual and did not look at my machine (it was first time ordering for this model).
I was so excited to find the 3 pack for the laser printer. When I opened the toners, I discovered None worked--wrong size. So, I have 3 201 toners going back as "used" toners and I'm out of pocket the $$. Never do that again. Not HP's fault but I would have thought the printer would be linked to the correct toners. Now I do not type the model printer. I order directly using the HP number.

I have been using the 201X for black and the colors for a few years, since I bought my laser printer. I use ink for my school class projects, as I prepare for lessons at home. These cartridges aren't inexpensive and I can't tell you how much paper and labels we've gone through dealing with this while we try to run a business out of our home. I was expecting half the cost refunded since we only used about that much and still couldn't use much of what we printed because of those lines. I struggled for months with toner cartridges from a 3rd party vendor. Their advice was to just print several pages, the colored smears along the edges will disappear "sooner or later." They never did. I returned them, and I ordered a set of HP cartridges, which arrived the next day. The first page out was perfect! And every page thereafter has also been perfect. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Emphatically yes, every penny!

I bought all 4 color cartridges and it costed me $430 where as a new laser printer (latest one) will have costed me $280. I thought of not increasing waste on the planet by discarding my working printer and buy a new one and i feel like a fool doing that when I made the payment.

Very disappointed with my latest purchase because before COVID-19 are used to get supplies ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Now I placed an order for LaserJet thank it takes seven days for a delivery what made the situation just as bad as that no one said oh by the way it’s gonna take seven days to get here no apologies no messages no nothing I had to go to an OfficeMax to get one of the colors because I ran out of ink when I usually get my water in 48 hours

OEM
I have always used non oem toner cartridges in the past with no problems. That has not been the case with this printer. Non oem cartridges have been nothing but a headache. I get huge streaks or a beige or a magenta tone to my prints. The HP cartridges are really expensive, but what I have spent on non oem has ended up costing me more in the long run.

Convenient to use and recycle
Since these are high capacity toner cartridges, I won't have to worry about changing them for a while. Plus, they come with a shipping label so I can return the used cartridges to HP and not have to worry about trying to find a place to recycle them.

If you can afford the walled garden, this is it
It's what my printer needed, but feel the I'm locked into HP's walled garden and paying the price. Toner produces far more printed pages than ink does and has a longer shelf life too.
