Standard Service is ideal for most production data centers. It meets the need for both highly available and economical support services by providing concurrent maintenance and engineering changes during normal business hours.

Hitachi Premium Service provides the same services as Standard Service but with a two-hour, targeted onsite response for critical situations for organizations that require a high level of onsite response.
