These printers are very good for low volume printing, however we use these in a hospital and they have to cope with high volume printing where they seem to struggle. Constant jamming from the paper cassette (retard rollers require replacing) and especially in the duplex unit where they are prone to concertinering the paper. Another niggle is that it is very easy to mis-match the envelope switches which can cause confusion for the average end user.

decent printer, works well for the price.
much fewer jams than we experienced with the konica minolta printer it replaced.

We replaced several old HP laser printers and these printers, put simply, just work; they run like a tank (they keep on going despite typical abuse from users).
Not only that, but the quality and speed (warm up time and pg/min) is great.
this is an all around excellent product and worth every penny!

We love these printers! Going from HP LaserJets to these was one of the best decisions we've ever made.
If your wanting perfect quality, these may not be exactly what you are looking for.
However, in our case, we needed good quality, and a machine that was going to print a lot...fast! This machine did just that for us.

these printers are great! we use them in our supermarkets to print shelf labels, talkers and reports. 3 different kinds of paper and it does not miss a beat. Very high volumes. Also simple to use for end user.
