In addition, Focus Point only needs four staff to compile all staff and finance reports, instead of ten. The work-hours required to compile critical reports has dropped by 60%, Sales reports are absolutely up-to-date, which means executives can create action plans in response to real-time trends.With integrated sales and inventory data, executives ensure they avoid purchasing excessive stock. "Now, we can respond to customer demand very quickly by clearing obsolete fashion items and investing in high-selling products.Focus Point can also open new stores more easily. It only takes a day for us to roll out our core technology in new stores, This makes it easier for us to expand, and makes our franchise business more attractive.The company president believes the end-to-end platform has empowered executives. Valuable Features:* Stable* Well known* Easy to develop and maintain.Improvements to My Organization:Cloud solution is easy to start, and this makes it easier.Room for Improvement:Price for small organizations in the public sector should be less. They should make it open for independent developers, offering a free development license.Use of Solution:I've used it for two years.Stability Issues:I really like the stability.Scalability Issues:The new version has different ways to grow.Customer Service:There's a big community that helps and I like that.Technical Support:7/10Previous Solutions:I switched because this has better features.Initial Setup:A lot of available documentation makes deployment easy.Implementation Team:We used a vendor team, Hortus Digital, who were good.ROI:It's good.Cost and Licensing Advice:A long history gives me the feeling that the product will survive for a long time if they make improvements according to my advice. Rated 3 out of 5 by Improving although still requires some attention Valuable Features:Flexibilty to allow change however this is its weakness as well. If you over develop core functionality it willing wrong.Improvements to My Organization:Viewability of management data across all group companies. Introduction of consistent processes.Room for Improvement:where different programmers have been let loose the product has a number of view inconsistencies and there are still issues that were in 4. Many bells and whistles have been added and some are not quite complete. Overall it is improving and becoming a more mature product.Use of Solution:1 year on 2012. 8 years with 4Deployment Issues:Always down to number of development changes made to the core functionality. Data is also difficult to transform on day one.Stability Issues:As above, although testing minimises this riskScalability Issues:so far, so good. Better scalability than 4.Customer Service:Depends on the Partner as Microsoft tend to leave support to their Partners.
