Great machine, one major issue.
Great machine however the "privacy screen" feature is hard to get used to. Multiple users of ours report it "burns" into your eyes when it is on and you are directly looking into the screen no matter what brightness setting you use. Turning the privacy screen off helps but then it is too dark, increasing the brightness all the way still leaves the laptop screen darker than a normal laptop screen but at least users can "look at" the laptop. I would give 4 stars but you have to look at the screen to use it and it is a major issue for our users.

Relative easy to set up
I purchased this about 2 weeks ago. The outer box was damaged during shipping and I calles HP and we went thru with the opening of the boxes and gave me info if I had issues. I wanted to give a rating of a 4.8 but cannot. I am going from Win 7 to 10 so part of my issuesl setting this up deals with me being non-tech savvy and older software programs and equipment (printer). I have not had to call Support yet but working the issues out. We'll see, but so far it has performed as I expected.

Great laptop for the price
I needed a laptop to take to the race track to handle all of my needs while there. It has an extra extra extra bright screen which is crucial for viewing outside. I could not find another laptop with this much screen brightness. Furthermore, it has all the ports I needed including an SD card slot, several usbs, and hdmi, and even an rj45 .
