Finding the Right Fit for AI in K–12

A large Texas school district wanted to explore how AI could enhance collaboration and productivity across its schools. But before expanding access, district leaders needed to understand how the technology could support both instructional and administrative needs.

That momentum translated into continued investment. Before the initial 50-license trial concluded, the district purchased more than 100 licenses. It later added another 90 licenses and began planning an expansion to 500.
